Visited Popeyes in FL for my first time there and it was delish! Lockport location wasn't busy at noon (??) so we took a chance. I had a 2pc lunch and go 3pc to go. Wasn't very fresh, the biscuit was stale and the Mac n cheese was cold. I'll try again but I was not impressed like I was in Florida.

I usually like Chick-fil-A and love everything about them but I have to say that the food at Popeyes is comparable if not a bit better. The servers were friendly, price good and food even better. Can't make it all the way out to Chick-fil-A, Popeyes is an awesome backup...actually Popeyes is the place. Hade the mashed potatoes with the spicy gravy and the spicy chicken sandwich, all was so good.Would recommend Popeyes for a good meal with good prices.

Went through drive thru and waited 5 minutes before even talking to anyone and then after we ordered we got to the window and literally paid and then they told us our chicken would take 15 minutes to cook because they didn't have any... yes, you heard that correct.... the chicken place doesn't have chicken cooked and ready... mind you also there was no one else in the parking lot or drive thru and this is at 5:30 pm on a sunday..Sunday.... I still can't figure out why they had me pay for food just to tell me to wait 15 minutes... perhaps they should have given us an offer to wait or leave... I said after last time I came here I wasn't coming back because they literally gave me none of the food I ordered... I placed my order and got to the window, they took payment, and after about 5 minutes told us they didn't have it and started offering different things...

I know the people in Louisiana don't eat shrimp that small , that's embarrassing , the shrimp that I ate didn't come from down south , maybe Vietnam or China , never again

Customer service?There was none. Waited 10 minutes in an empty restaurant for someone to come to the counter to take our order. While all the workers were in the back chatting. Workers walked by and didnt acknowledged us. Get it together popeyes. The job is what you make it, at least get some customer service skills.

Food was delicious as always. BUT, on this particular visit I used the mobile app to order. The app is so slow!! I go through the drive thru and they ask for my order number. I give it to the person and they still have me the wrong order!! Not that difficult people.

Fried shrimp mostly breading very little shrimp, warm, everything we wanted to oder they were out of. Chicken sandwich ok. It was late around closing time and don't know if they didn't want to cook anymore or just give us what they had. Yeck

I was excited to try popeye's Louisiana Chicken for the 1st time in my life. When I placed my order for food I was greeted with the worst customer service. My experience was so horrible that after I placed my order I immediately drove off. I will never return to this location.

Tonight was the second time I gave this business a chance since they opened. Both times I walked away with no food.. However tonight not only did I walk away with no food but also the money that I paid for it. My first visit was a month after they opened. I pulled into the drive thru at 845pm to be told they were out of chicken??? At the time I chalked it up to growing pains for a new restaurant. Fast forward to tonight. I was deciding what I wanted to get for dinner and ended up on their website. The website showed they were now open till 11pm. It was 930pm and I was 25 min away. So I placed an order through their website and paid for it. However when I arrived shortly after 10pm I was told they were closed. I explained the situation to the manager but he was not interested in taking care of me. Didn't care that I already paid, didn't care the distance I drove. And most importantly didn't care at all about the customer.

After that waited more time for my online order to even get made. Customer service is lacking. Doesnt seem anyone can mulitask seeing as the manager is doing all the running around.

Thinking back to the insane lines when the store opened you'd think the food was out of this world. We ordered 12 piece family tender with biscuits and mashed potatoes. The tenders were very thin and boring. The potatoes were odd, almost a brussel sprout or broccoli initial taste at every bite. Very odd.... Normally we're fighting for the mashed and we barely finished 1 container. The biscuits were fantastic! I've been to other Popeyes locations that had a more varied menu, not sure if the menu company wide has reduced or if it's just this location.

Drink carriers flimsy. Spilled all over my back seat, into my truck speakers. Been doordashing for a year and never had that happen. Drinks spilled before I even got out of the parking lot. Resulted in a unhappy doordash customer who just wasted $10 on drinks. I feel like I sat down in a resturant and ordered.. that’s how long the wait is.

Wrote this in as an email to them. But locals deserve to see what kind of service this place has. If I could give 1/2 a star, I would. My family and I went through your drive thru tonight around 9:10pm. Here is what we ordered, and I will then spell out all the issues, because there were many. 1 spicy chicken sandwich combo, with coke and macaroni and cheese, and added on a French fry. Specifically asked for fresh fries. 1 spicy chicken sandwich combo, with a lemonade. Mashed potatoes and gravy, and added on a coleslaw. 1 $6.00 3pc combo, had a coupon for this from the app. With macaroni and cheese and coleslaw. First off, the teller was adamant about the fact that the 3pc combo did not come with a drink, but it is listed in text in the app, and the picture of the deal has a drink shown. I showed her but she still did not allow us to get a drink with it. Here are all the "technical " issues with the order Specifically asked for fresh fries.. what we got were fries that have been sitting under a warmer for who knows how long. They were warm-ish and soggy as heck. The lemonade was just literally water with a little sugar in it. Zero lemon flavor at all. The mashed potatoes had not one iota of gravy in them. Both of the macaroni and cheeses had some kind of congealed mess on the top, like cheese that had melted and set more times than should ever be allowed. All of the chicken was warm, at best. I understand it was a little late in the day, but we are not getting a discount on the stuff. Why should we have to get sub par food, just because it is later than what most people eat dinner?? Lastly my sons spicy chicken sandwich had some greyish/brownish mass in the middle of it. Do you know how gross it is to bite into your dinner and come up with something like that in your mouth? It's making me queasy just thinking about it. I get it, this is fast food. So it's not like we are going to a premium chicken restaurant or something. This meal cost me forty dollars though. And it was all crap.. I don't know about you, but 40 dollars is a lot of money for me for a meal for 3. This is a newly opened restaurant, and this is the care that is going into your orders. It was a complete waste of money to be honest. I understand that not everything can be made fresh(even though it should be for what you charge). It was one of the worst fast food experiences my family has had, and that is saying a lot for Lockport. If I had to put a rating on it, it would be 2 out of 10. Utterly ridiculous.

I ended up stopping here for lunch and the drive thru was fast, I ordered the 2 piece spicy chicken with mashed potatoes and a biscuit, and a drink. The food was hot and everything was great for a fast meal a little pricey, but prices are higher everywhere, but overall the meal was great
