If I could give no stars I would. We came at 630 for dinner. Literally the moment we walked up without a chance to look at the menu the young girl was asking if we were all set. We ordered a few hot dogs a sausage and two hamburgers and two fries and an onion ring. What we got was 6 hotdogs no sausages one fry(we ordered and paid for 2) and onion rings. No sauces on anything we watched another employee come out and clean up condiments while we waited for food. Once food came we had to pump the almost empty ketchup containers (only thing left out) and scoop out what was left of relish on two sticks like tooth picks. We’ve had Reids before and loved it. As we left they slammed the metal window closed when online says open until 8pm. Multiple employees just sitting around and we get nothing of what we ordered and gave 20 percent tip when we cashed out before we knew they were gonna mess it all up and not care.

I’ve been there a couple times in the past few weeks and each time me and my Boyfriend are ignored. We will stand there for 10 minutes plus waiting most of them look at us and take other people’s orders before us even though they just walked up but we have been standing there. I’m over the poor service and no communication from the ones taking the orders.

I don’t get to visit anymore since my grandparents passed away, but this is a great spot on the way to Olcott! White hot dogs are nonexistent in Michigan.
