Crosby's - Chestnut Ridge

Called for the special on the pizza , even asked if it was the correct night . I got charged almost 40.00 I will be calling the manager tomorrow! If the Crosby card is needed why don't they ask for the damn thing ! It's 20$ more wth

Have visited a couple of times; competitive gas prices; Tim Hortons inside..not a big variety of donuts or other bakery items to choose from…average convenience store..coolers were not filled …missing several beverages.

Most best professional service. Best butchers I know in my lifetime. Their meats and products are homemade and deliciously prepared with love. Was not open on Friday April 7th 2023 at 9:35pm when posted hours are close at 10. Needed gasoline and it was the closest. Had to go further into uptown lockport to get fuel because of the early closure.

Do not go into scaps wearing an NRA hat unless you wish to be mocked .On 9/15/22 at 1530 I entered scapeletti’s intending to buy 10 bucks in gas and a Red Bull , as I waited for my turn the cashier sees my hat that has NRA on it , yells out “it’s the NRA!” And runs to the back covering his head as if I’m a threat or something . The other workers think this is funny . I find it offensive. This place has gone down hill since they let Crosby’s in. I guess mocking customers is now accepted business practices . Stay away

Great food and love the deli

If I could leave no stars, I would.. My husband bought a year old expired protein shake from this location and it made him terribly sick As someone who has worked in a gas station and grocery store, I know firsthand how annoying rotating things can be. But this is a prime example of how crucial it is. I am not only upset that my husband is sick from this but imagine if a child who didn't know any better drank more of an expired beverage before noticing... Unacceptable and reflects badly upon this store. I will no longer be coming here. Customers beware and check your beverages, especially milk containing products before purchasing. Management, consider retraining staff in the importance and how to efficiently rotate old products to the front and new products behind. A careless mistake has made one of your customers very sick.

I never leave bad reviews. But today i purchased a year old expired protien shake from this crosbys. As a delivery driver. I drive in the dark and had to pull over as i drank a big gulp of slimy mucus soar smelling goupy rotten drink! I use protien shakes to go with lunch for energy. Not to sicken me for a long day of delivering extra packages for christmas time. Im extremely sick just from that one sip. And im pretty sure you gave me food poisioning. please CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS!! And know you made a customer extremely ill. I advise anyone who stops here to check labels. Or do not support buying there expired products.

I oredered a steak and cheese hoagy.the menu says mushroom and onion.thats why its a hoagy.there was nothing on it but steak and cheese.the menu says mush and onion thats why its a hoagy.the guy says thats how they do it.if so its not a hoagy and it shouldnt say mush and onion.there trying to cheat u thats why they do that.last time going there.they give hardly any meat for the price
