We are beyond grateful to Tamre at Spring Lake Winery for making our wedding dreams come true, especially on such short notice. After our original plans were disrupted, the incredible team at Spring Lake Winery stepped in and helped us replan our entire wedding in under three weeks! They went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, listening to every detail we wanted and ensuring it was all in place on our big day. The venue was stunning, the staff was attentive and professional, and they accommodated our requests with genuine care. I've been on several winery tours, and this was the best. The owner spoke clearly with a lot of information about growing and harvesting grapes. The wine was very good, with the reisling leading the way. The setting was perfect, along with a lunch that topped off the visit.

Very relaxing place. Liked Cabernet Sauviginon the best. Charcuterie board was huge

Food was so amazing!!! It was my first time there with a friend and the owners came out and talked to us and even took us to the back to see the process!!!

Fabulous day! Wines were great and our server was awesome. We all had the burger - really delicious. Only issue was a bee sting one of our ladies received - staff could not have been better in dealing with it. Even the owner came out to see how she was doing - offered us some wine on the house. Best part of the day was enjoying the recently released Sauvignon Blanc ( I'm a Sommelier). This wine was the best I've ever enjoyed from the Niagara Region! Well done Spring Lake - we'll see you again soon!

Beautiful grounds. Sat outside with a great view of the lake. Service was very slow though. Salad and dinner entree came out at exact same time. Scallops were overdone and very small for the price paid. Husband’s fries were cold. This could be a gem of a spot for a date night if they improved on the food and service.

Nice place to relax and sample some wines ? not an extensive wine list…mostly dry wines….outdoor patio is very nice ….bartender was a very nice young lady….

This place will not even have the decency to discuss a small issue with a booking. My stepdaughter is trying to book a wedding when they change the venue without letting her know. My goal is to let her have a nice dinner there, but I am unable to talk to anyone involved. They are refusing to refund or even discuss options. I work for a multi million dollar business in Naples Florida. I talk to every single client in order to make them happy with the decision they made. My choice would be never book an event here again. For some reason, the owners will not contact me. Will not email me will not even acknowledge the presence of my concern. FYI, please never book an event here if you are not 100% sure they will be honest.

To whom it may concern, my name is Paul Hausbeck. I gave my stepdaughter $2500 deposit to book a wedding at your venue. I understand there's been a lot of issues and things aren't going quite the way they should go. I'm just verifying that she has that date and that we will be able to have booked that facility for that date. We have decided to utilize the deposit as the dinner plus whatever else we may spend. I was truly hoping to resolve this in an adult fashion. But so far I've not seen understanding, compassion nor good business sense. A contract works both ways!  i deal  with multimillion dollar contracts every day. I understand business but I also understand $2500 is not a hill to die on. We will be there. Thank you!

now I have not heard word one from anyone from this establishment. My goal is to make sure that she still has the venue. and that since we’ve made the deposit, we would like to utilize it if they refuse to refund the deposit. From what I understand, I’ve heard this is happened before it’s a shame. A small business can't treat unsuspecting young people this way. It would be nice if the owners would at an absolute bare minimum contact me to have an adult conversation, and come to a resolution, but it has been months now with no resolution. So it’s time to let people understand the true colors of a small business person that is not interested in negotiations, just wnting to draw a line in the sand. I will not be giving up this crusade to protect stepdaughter and other people from being taken advantage of. But unfortunately, we live in a world Where everyone feels their correct And sometimes we just need to talk. No one should be hurt. This is not vindictive. This is strictly Informative. I’m sure the venue is a very good pleace And sometimes people wake up on a bad side of the bed And want to prove their point. But people have lost businesses friendships Relationships and self respect over proving a point. Thank you for reading this and I hope it helps. Paul

Beautiful venue. We had our baby shower here and it turned out wonderful. Scenery is amazing and the wine / food was very good aswell.

Made reservations for 8 sisters with one celebrating a birthday. It was a rainy day but the winery was wonderful. Seated inside with view of the lake. The grounds were lovely. Food was really quite good. We tried so many different items and no disappointments. The gluten free options offered a nice mix for everyone. Staff was very accommodating and efficient and allowed us the opportunity to sit and enjoy ourselves. The wine was great and they also had delicious mocktails and cocktails. Lovely place !! Manager Matthew, Chef Monica and server Sue did amazing job for us!!

I regret ever signing a contract to do business with these people. They are so completely unprofessional and never respond in a timely manner. After signing a contract to have our wedding at their venue they changed the entire look by enclosing the space. When we stated we didn’t like the new look at all and that we would like a refund they had me meet with a female owner, Tamre. She was very nice in person although she never responded to my emails asking about final cost for renting their estate house when I booked the venue. She told me that they had refunded others in the past and that she didn’t think it would be a problem considering the situation. She also mentioned another bride who was looking for a refund! I asked if it was for the same issue and she said no it was something else…sounds like they have multiple dissatisfied customers despite this 4.6 star review. Makes you wonder. I received a contradicting email when I asked if they had reached a decision (since no one reached out to me after the meeting of course). They told me it wouldn’t be fair to others if they refunded me. I asked if I would need an attorney because no one was willing to work it out and come to a solution that we all agreed on. I immediately received a phone call from a male owner Dominic who was aggressive and talked over me from the very start. I walked away from that phone call shaking. He screamed at me and told me I had no clue what goes into running a winery…I’m not sure why I would have a clue about that or why I would need to since I don’t own one. I’m also not sure how that is relevant to the situation and it seems like they are really hard pressed for that deposit money. They are refusing to let us cancel and be refunded anything other than 250.00 out of the 2,500.00 we paid for a deposit so at this point we’re forced to do business with them. Their contract states it is transferable so we’ve been asking for weeks now if we can just have a bridal shower there. A bridal shower will cost less than the deposit but that’s fine they can keep the remainder and we’ll still walk away with something. Sounds like a reasonable solution to us but of course we can’t get a response. I wish I would have read the other negative reviews on here before ever going to tour their venue back in August. I would warn anyone who is considering doing business with them to steer clear.

Absolutely phenomenal BRUNCH! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, everything about this brunch was amazing.We arrived and were directed to the pavilion to sit wherever we wanted. It was admittedly a little chilly so they immediately brought over a heater for us to enjoy and warm up. The food was amazing. Everyone in my party enjoyed a brunch burger and none of us were disappointed in that decision! The cocktail menu looked so good and 2 of us enjoyed mimoas and bloody marys. I on the other hand, at 6 months pregnant was pleased to find out that anything could me made into a mocktail! The bartender/manager was happy to accomodate and experiment & I was happy to play taste tester for these delicious concoctions! Our server & a brand new server in training were so nice and very attentive, offering suggestions and recommendations when we asked. The chocolate chip cannoli was the cherry on top of a perfect brunch! Can't wait to go back & hope Spring Lakes brunch takes off and is a super successful addition to their regular offerings!
