I've been on several winery tours, and this was the best. The owner spoke clearly with a lot of information about growing and harvesting grapes. The wine was very good, with the reisling leading the way. The setting was perfect, along with a lunch that topped off the visit.
Fabulous day! Wines were great and our server was awesome. We all had the burger - really delicious. Only issue was a bee sting one of our ladies received - staff could not have been better in dealing with it. Even the owner came out to see how she was doing - offered us some wine on the house. Best part of the day was enjoying the recently released Sauvignon Blanc ( I'm a Sommelier). This wine was the best I've ever enjoyed from the Niagara Region! Well done Spring...
