my steak sub was all lettuce and onion and stinger was horrible..and order was not correct i said no tomato well covered with tomato...very poor quality for what it costs to eat out...you treat yourself expecting a good meal sad really because it used to be my favorite sub shop

just wanna thank tammy for making a order for me for nachos they dont even carry it in the store she attempted to make them for me and oh my god !! these are the best friking chicken nachos i have ever had she can cook for me anytime !! the nachos were fresh pita like nachos omg amazing !!! please give her a raise !

I had a Sausage Royal sub. It was outstanding. This place has been around for many years. The sub is exactly how they've always made it. DELICIOUS!

This has always been where I ordered. Recently this place has gone down hill. Food is getting awful, lettuce has a chemical taste to it. Today I order a Med. pizza on a Sun. night on their website. They give me a 45 min. wait time. Drive all the way to the location for pickup, and am told it's being delivered from the other store. OK? So as I stand in the lobby for the next 15 mins. waiting, watching a greesy woman with no gloves preparing all the food. Didn't wash hands 9nce, yet made a couple orders while I watched. Finally interupt her to see if she can find out where my pizza is, with gruff she calls the other store and I am told he will be leaving shortly, or I could go to the other store and get it. What happened to customer service, and safe food!?!?! I took that as a sign from God that I didn't get that pizza. Left and bought good food elsewhere. Will never be ordering here again, and have informed the people I know that frequent this place as well.

Purchased 2 tuna subs, worst sub I ever had. Almost $26 for 2 subs that had barely any tuna on it, the roll was not toasted, and had no seasoning in the oil, worst subs. Will never buy from Sub Delicious

Everytime I eat from here I get sick, and throw up. I asked for Philly and got super thick slices of steak over did it on the peppers and onions the other day I got blt and fries later that night I threw up all of it, idk if it's just me or what but every time I get from here I get super sick and the people over the phone are pretty rude.
Honestly the place isn’t bad, the foods is great. This is my 2nd time eating from there and they always get my order wrong. Even after making sure they knew I wanted plain.

Stinger sub with a side of fries....diet coke not pictured. Well done sub that's a fixture in WNY. Lettuce, tomato, onion, bleu cheese, and hot sauce. The only thing keeping it from being a 5 is the fingers weren't hot....closer to a low medium spice. Meal fit the bill at the halftime of a 9am-4pm dance recital at the Palace Theater. Atmosphere received a 3 because the bathrooms were closed. Really needed them as the bathrooms at the theatre had a line at the break. Hopefully they'll be fixed by next year's recital

Everything from Sub D, is amazing! We're a huge fan of the pizza, cheeseburger, turkey club sub and curly fries! We've ordered from here for years, and it's our fav. Don't sleep on their chicken finger pizza!! It's literally the best ❤️
