Absolutely terrible service. In the span of 10 days I’ve had two subs made incorrectly with SPECIFIC notes saying please DON’T add mushrooms. After the first time I said okay, no biggie I’ll get a refund and try again. But to have it happen TWICE. Come on. Being someone who is allergic and asking for a simple request and not getting it blows my mind. Evidently whoever works here can’t read, doesn’t care about their job and doesn’t deserve to be there.

Thought we would try this location of Sub Delicious ordering a Pizza and the SteakBurger (touted by WLVL). The steakburger was not as described but was still delicious. The pizza on the other hand -- was not cooked all the way. It was a doughy mess. I decided to call and let them know it wasn't cooked so they can improve for further customers. I spoke to the manager who apologized and offered another pizza, unable to pick up that day he said he would write me down. When I did call back about 2 months later, I was not on the list and they informed me they would call me back -- they never did. Just an unfortunate situation but it is not in my normal area I drive to. Hope others have a better experience. The manager was great when I went in to pick up, but not so much when rectifying the problem.

I really like the downtown sub delicious. Food is great but I called the wrong number to order and got the one on Rochester road. Told me 25 minutes but was over an hour and the food was horrible. They did give me a full refund. Maybe they were just having a bad day.

All their food is absolutely delicious! Large portions. The staff is always busy non-stop! Taking orders both in the restaurant and over the phone. Yet whenever I call them they are always kind, patient and accommodating. Whether my order is being delivered or I'm eating at the restaurant, it has always been on point and always hot.

Excellent food, very clean. We drove from Pendleton to go to this particular location even though it is farther than the one in the city of Lockport. The folks working there are like old friends even though we haven't gone there hundred times. They make your food exactly as you wish. Worth the drive! We love the steak hoagies and the roast beef hoagies. The spices and chopped onion (if you wish) are what makes the hoagies like no other! I usually take half home to have later! Also recommend the onion rings! Huge and tasty! Hubby and I shared an order.

Good food and decent prices. But just a word of caution, the prices on their website were not current. That surprised us a bit when we got the bill. If they were current, the prices would be excellent instead of decent

I love hot wings and they NEVER have enough sauce, well friends David and Phyllis did not disappoint. Fries were yummy too, but the wings were everything. Hubbs got a steak and cheese which was so good and huge and the meatballs, try those. Loved it will be back.
