Definitely done ordering from this location! First off, they always mess up the orders, or they are out of ingredients, but now this! Placed an order for pickup up, order goes through, I'm charged. Order is confirmed and says it is being made, then says it is ready. I arrive, and the doors are locked! Its 6:10pm on a Sunday and they are supposed to be open till 8:30pm! I call the number on the door, and all I get is a busy tone! No way to cancel the order either since it says its made already! And to top it off, I placed a new order for the one on Robinson and it ended up being cheaper, so they are charging more then other locations!

Absolutely filthy, always out of several things, and full of little kids climbing on the counters and tables every time I go in, clearly one of the employees children as there are never any other adults in there. I didn't know subway was also a daycare, but that has to be against a health code or something.

Came from out of state and this is the most disgusting, trashy, dingy subway I have ever been too. Don’t even wanna eat the food never coming back here. The worker has her vape and weed on a table and is smoking inside and the trash doesn’t look likes it’s been emptied in days. Flys are buzzing around and the workers made no attempt to clean the place.

Walked in and walked out. The girl behind the counter appeared to be nodding out. She could barely keep her eyes open. That was all I needed to see to make me turn around and go grab a slice from Mark's.

Utterly pathetic.
3 separate occasions in as many weeks. Show up for lunch...no bread. Nothing.
Excuse? The bread machine is broken. How can a SUBWAY stay open with no bread? Hmmmm....unmotivated staff, perhaps. Either way...never coming back. If I really want Subway, the one on Dysinger/Robinson is clean and always seems to have bread.

Trash all over the place, half of the fountain drinks aren’t working, and there are 3 kids between the age 1-5 behind the counter messing around. Also asked for me sub to be toasted and they put it in for only a few seconds. Cheese was hardly melted and meat was cold

From a business perspective this place is ran absolutely terrible. There’s only ever 1 person working and THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING. I do doordash/uber and no exaggeration every time i come in i’m told “we don’t have this”, “we don’t have that” “we don’t have steak” “we don’t have footlong cookies” “we don’t have chicken” “we don’t have bacon”Who ever is doing the ordering NEEDS to do better because 95% of the time I’m canceling my order because they don’t have something. Save your self the time and go to the subway right up the street inside walmart or another minute up the road on Dysinger. This place needs to either start taking their store more seriously or just close.

Today 01/22/2025 at 2:20 pm. While I’m standing in the store more than 15 minutes no one came out from inside! Then I called the store twice but store employee didn’t even pick up. She’s talking in the back like whispering! Owner should fire this kinda employee. They are bad for business reputation. If you are on break then go and close the door. You keep open the door and then customer keep calling but all u did whispering means you’re losing money for your owner! You’re nothing but a criminal.

When i received my subs my one sub was very messed up and disgusting it was toasted when i said not toasted had the wrong cheese way to much sauce when i put light sauce and had 2 pickles on a footlong.
