The sub rolls are white,cold,smushed,hollowed out and have no texture.They look like tortilla shells.They used to be flakey and golden brown.I know its not their fault but still
The guy in the band tees, beanie and dyed hair was moaning while talking to a female coworker about how he likes when his girlfriend hits him it was super uncomfortable and unprofessional I'm not coming to this subway ever again

The workers have always been good at subway. It's the deception that is frustrating. Or the franchise owners inability to honor the 6.99 footlong national special. I went to get a footlong and they weren't honoring the sale price. Said higher cost and supply chain issues. We don't want to hear your problems.

Went in today May 4th 2025 for dine in sub and order of nachos. It was approximately 7 :05 to 7:10 pm. All chairs were stacked on tables. My husband asked if we could take down 2 chairs to sit down and eat ..we were told in a very nasty manner No. My husband said you do not close until 8..why? Young man behind counter was mad and said because I want to wash the floor and leave by 8. He continued to make a sub as we waited for another person to be waited on and realized that we did not want to eat in our car....so we left. This is the second time we have been treated like this by people who do not want to Respect their own hours of operation. Owner should check your cameras and see how your employees shoo away customers as if they own the business and close down before time by being disrespectful and rude. If you close at 8 then why are we folding up shop at 7? No wonder Subway Shops around the country are closing. Time for Corporate Headquarters to call this owner. He is losing money because his employees think they run the show.

I’m not typically one to complain, however we placed an online order 2 sandwiches one of which was a 6in BLT on a flatbread. My husband picks up the order, his fine, my sandwich has quite literally a tiny bit of lettuce on it, and the flat bread has so much flour on the outside it’s absurd.

I went in to pickup a takeout order and did not get the drink my wife ordered ( I was not aware she was supposed to get a drink until I got home). I also paid extra for fresh mozzarella and did not get it, but was still charged. We got one of the churros also, and it smelled like onions and tasted like it was rancid or something. Neither me or my wife could stomach to swallow a single bite. If you're going to eat here don't do an online order and don't get the churro. Things are getting too expensive to not get what you pay for.

Most of the different women and one little guy with colored hair are rude, don't care attitude. Wrong people for customer service jobs and the owner doesn't seem to screen his employee trash that come from the apartments across the street. A young woman with multi colored hair is so rude and unfriendly, I'm beginning to think they are all related to one another.
Owner needs to address employees watching people steal food and drinks right in front of employees, they don't say anything and now charge for a just tap water because of criminals, so I'm pay for their inaction and feckless employees that dont report and take pictures of occurance, and they have video too.
Such a undesirable atmosphere because of staffing, guessing the owner is desperate

Paid 11 dollars for a 6 inch that said 7.99 on the menu board because the employee said thats what the computer says.Smashed avocados come from a plastic bag.When they introduced sliced meats they covered the meats and put a new meat slicer on the counter as a decoration.They dont have grilled chicken,tortillas for wraps or flatbread you can toast.They have a weird combination of both.They have no signs of a manager,franchise owner or an employee over 30.They have random hours."Local guides" love this place but i dont

I don't think the employees are properly trained and I ordered a the footlong and ended up with a 6 inch wanted to get a small drink but no cups only larger cups and the root beer and dr pepper have been out at least a month or more and the bread was stale they need to take care of things there I will not eat there again was not pleased at all!!!!!!!
Good place to have snacks. For Muslims can have tuna or veggies sub just let know you want your food in certain way!! Thanks

Not happy with the service. The guy working was not friendly at all! I felt like I was bothering him! He complained that he had to work while his son had a day off because of the eclipse! He was rude and I ordered the monster and he never made the sandwich properly!!! It was the worst experience and I would never go back!

Don’t order the footlong pretzel. It was hard as a rock and dry by the time I got it home. And the subs do not look the same as on T.V. Hardly any meat.
The service was very unfriendly. The bread was burnt and they were not allowed to be returned.
