Both employees had very long hair. One had it pulled back and the other pushed up with hair band. Hair was still very loose and unrestrained. One had a afro style and the other was straight and long but pulled back.Neither employee had hair nets on...OMG! Where's the health department when you want them?

This is the second time I have preordered ahead of time so I could just grab and go. Since I have four kids and it is not easy sitting around waiting for them to make the subs. Each time the didn't even start the subs until after I had arrived and waited ten minutes before they start making them.

the girl that took my order was disrespectful to not only me but my partner. she had a airpod in (i’m assuming too loud) and couldn’t hear anything we were saying. we were speaking at a normal tone to where anyone can hear you. she was giving attitude the entire time. her worker with her was phenomenal though. she was very respectful.

Ordered subs received the skimpiest subs ever seen. Workers act like when ask for anything other then lettuce it comes out there paycheck especially peppers. Multiple times trying this location at different times to receive same service.

Second time this month that I showed up for lunch before work and they haven’t opened on time despite the sign on the door that says they open at 10AM. Won’t be stopping here for lunch any more.

Listen.... I used to visit subway often during $5 footlong days. I'm waiting for the new $15 footlong commercials to debute soon. Sad sad sad. This is the only subway where the owner told the person making my sandwich to scrape off the tuna because there was too much.

Made a pickup order to grab since I was in a rush, and didn’t realize there were no drinks or chips that I ordered in the bag until I got home. The honey mustard chicken wrap didn’t even have honey mustard on it. Also my husband got the grilled chicken salad in which there wasn’t even a single piece of chicken on. Very poor experience and seems to be getting worse each time we go.
