so i go to subway very frequently in lockport on transit rd in walmart.. never had such a bad expierience as i did here... the lady that made my food kept weighing my xtra chicken i got on my buffalo chicken sub she charged me 3.99 for 8 little pieces of chicken i got charged 4 times because they barely put any chicken on your sub to begin with .. they also wud not take a coupon that is issued to all subways... never ever expierienced this at the one on transit rd ... will never buy food from this subway ever again as this was such a overpriced subway and charges wayy too much for 2 subs to equal 30.00 which shud of been 18 with the coupon i presented that they wud not take ... never had this issue at the lockport location on transit rd... i will also tell my friends to avoid this subway as for a associate to weigh 8 little pieces of chicken in front of me tells me not to ever come back which i plan to do as well as everyone i know

So I was really excited to get my chocolate chip cookies at the end of my meal and the person working there bought them in the middle of my order so I wouldn’t be able to get any the sandwich at the end was not folded enrolled correctly so when I under at home, everything fell out to the paper. The one in Laurie there was extremely unprofessional. She was eating in front of us when trying to prepare an order at the same time all around a very negative experience.

We had ordered online. Got there a few minutes after our order was supposedly ready for pick up. There were only two workers and a line of 7 customers. They were working hard, attempting to make multiple orders at the same time while still engaging the customers treating them like friends. It was encouraging to see. While I wasn't happy waiting an extra 10 minutes I couldn't be upset at all. This subway is hiring and I hope they get more employees like the ones that were working tonight. Alec keep up the good work. I don't know you but your work ethic is amazing and we will be back because of this young man.

I drive out of my way to come to this particular subway. They’re consistently made well (took a little tweaking on my part but that was deciding what was good to me) and the staff has always been extremely friendly when we pick up.

Ordered a foot long roast beef with provolone cheese. Sub had only 4 slices of beef with one slice of cheese. It was more bread than a sub. Usually they put 4 slices on a 6in. I feel I paid for a 12in with only 6in amount of meat and very little cheese

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt the need to this time. I have DoorDashed from this location several times and every single time I have a problem with my order, one time they were out of fresh mozzarella so they just put no cheese on my sub. The next time I ordered two chocolate chip cookies and received one chocolate chip and one oatmeal. And one time I when I DoorDashed it took an hour and a half and I still hadn’t received my order so I ended up cancelling it. Then on 11/22 I went in the store hoping it would be better if I actually went in but nope… I went in needing to order two subs. First off the girl at the counter making my sub had a really bad attitude. I asked for extra cheese and she most definitely did not put it on my sub (but charged me for it) when she threw that sub In the toaster, she didn’t even ask me if I wanted anything else, she just proceeded to make the next guys sub (she also gave him attitude) Another girl came over and I told her I also needed another sub but she just ignored me. And at that point I was frustrated, paid for my one sub and left.

First bite didn't have meat on it, they are limited on accepting coupons at this specific location and "thank us" for the patronage. If you want to go to a real subway that has better funding do that.

My wife and I love rights corners Subway. Staff are wonderful and friendly, food is fantastic. Is restaurant is very clean.
