My wife and I were just here yesterday. 1st...we were only one in building and floors and tables were filthy. 2nd...went to use men's room and bathroom was filthy also. Paper product on floor, no paper towels and the sink was absolutely disgustingly dirty with a ring of filth. If the dirt don't come off during cleaning...maybe it time for a new sink??
When i came out...the wife said women's bathroom was same condition.
I say it's time for some new employees that care where they work...

I really enjoy this store as one particular employee always makes my day. Pam goes above and beyond to make me smile even on my worst of days. She's like a ray of sunshine, her attitude is so upbeat and genuinely cares about her customers. We need more people like her in the world!

I’ve complained to the manager prior about Pam one of their workers . Everytime I come thru the drive thru she is extremely rude especially in front of my CHILDREN!!! Even if you do not like someone you do not act like that at work , where you are literally getting paid for customer service !!!! Today it happened again . Then to top it off our food was thrown together and not made right and they literally shoved the bag out without a word !!!! Totally reprehensible behavior !!!

I went at like 5 pm and I wanted bacon and cheese on a croissant, ( I saw croissants in the baking display! ) she told me they stop serving breakfast at 11am , it’s bacon and cheese on a croissant, she told me they could do a bagel ! I left !
So do they stop serving coffee after 11am too ?

I am a customer at this location almost every morning. The staff here has poor customer service skills and prepares my order incorrectly almost every day.
I order coffee with flavor syrup that they forget to put in daily that I am charged for. They assemble my breakfast sandwiches poorly as if they just threw all my ingredients in the bag and think it's OK.

The drive thru wait time is typically 30 minutes just for a coffee. I always order online here and they staff tries to charge me at the window, even though my order is paid for when I order through the app.

We started to order a 2 medium ice cap it rung up $10.99 and me and my son look at the app and we needed large ice cap to get the 2 for $7 deal thru the app and the woman was rude did not care at all but was mad she had to reatart our order and my son asked for larges instead she was not happy we did not get the app deal I won't be coming to this location again on my travels
Also my son asked foe the receipt she did not give him one

Absolutely disgusting how they treat you if you're not a regular at this one.
I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees. The cashier was trying to rush me off b4 I could finish ordering.
Then I waited about 15 mins to watch 2 customers ahead of me served their food first. After another few minutes, I decided to leave my food and money right there and never return.

Take menus down if you're not going to serve food past 3:00 any other Tim Hortons you go to they serve food your delivery says till 8:00 p.m. so you're obviously serving food I give this Tim Hortons a zero they said they weren't serving food past 3:00 what kind of Tim Hortons is this I will not go to this Tim Hortons ever again

Nearly every day I get a bagel with cream cheese and I don’t mind paying extra for the cream cheese, but every time you go through an order this, they put the cream cheese on and scrape it right back off, leaving literally almost nothing. You can’t even taste it and for the up charge of $1.10 five days a week is ridiculous. They know they have a scoop they are supposed to use for measuring, but they never do this needs to change. give the people what they’re paying for
