I had a really disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. From the moment I walked in, things just didn’t go well. The customer service was awful — the staff seemed uninterested and unwilling to help. I waited nearly half an hour for my food, which is completely unacceptable, especially when the place wasn’t even that busy.
To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the store was seriously lacking. When I went to order some donuts, I noticed fruit flies hovering around them. It was disgusting and made me question how well they maintain their food and overall hygiene. If you ever do go here, I strongly recommend checking your food before eating it.
Another issue is the inconvenience of getting there. Even though it’s accessible by transit, the wait times for buses in the area can be long, making the trip feel even more frustrating when the experience at the store isn’t worth it.
Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and find another location instead. The service and cleanliness are bound to be better elsewhere. This place definitely needs to step up its game. Until they make some major improvements, I won’t be back.

Adding on to my previous bad review, I'm now lowering from 2 stars to 1. Someone here has somehow copied my card information and is helping themselves to several charges monthly. I'm changing my card, and as soon as I find out who is making the added charges, I'll be prosecuting to the fullest extent of the law.
There's literally a 60%chance of them getting your order wrong. Having to wait for an employee to punch in a code to use the bathroom certainly doesn't help. Add my stolen card info and this now makes this place a hard tie for the worst one I've been to.

This location on Transit and walnut in Lockport has the most miserable employees. Who wants to deal with that before having your morning coffee! They also don't care about messing up your order. Ask for bacon..you'll be sure to get sausage! They are out of everything all the time. Message to the employees...greet people with a smile! If you're that unhappy there...quit.

It's attached to a gas station. The person who helped me was very nice and friendly. I love tim hortons, it lived up to the standard.

Ordered a XL with 2 espresso shots and 2 creamers like I do at the other Tim Hortons, well the coffee they sell here is basically hot water. Cannot even taste any coffee and a scam for the price they charge you.

Amazing how getting a quick lunch for two is so very expensive!! I had ordered a rootbeer with my paying, and when the guy put it down on the counter, the cup was way shy! Another young man stepped up and gave me extra. The food is awesome, but the prices are ridiculous!

9 minutes in the drive thru that was dirty as ever, 6 of those minutes we waited at the window waiting for them to correct every drink and they were still wrong. Staff is very rude with poor attitudes. David and Alanna Beaton and Kelton enterprises need to do a complete staff training or hire a new manager that actually cares to hire quality staff.
