If I could rate the service as a zero I would. Waited 20 mins for my sandwich to be made. I had to call to see what was going on...they told me they forgot and havent made it yet. So I had to wait another 5-7 mins to get it... in the past month service has become very poor. Between getting my orders wrong, to missing items from the order. Be warned

Inconsistent drink sizes, missing items in order, slightly rude service. I had ordered and paid for 2 large cold brew coffees and was given one medium and one small. I mentioned that I had ordered 2 large cold brews and was told “No you didn’t, you ordered a large and a medium.” I let them know that neither drink they gave me was a large and I was given an attitude saying “That’s the new large and medium. Have a great day.” While at the same time I had to ask them for the rest of my order because they forgot to prepare it.

Drive thru order for two drinks was wrong, they insisted that the drinks ordered were one large, one medium. Ordered large cold brews only to be told that the large is made in a medium cup, after getting large cups in previous visits. For the prices paid for some if these items, its ridiculous.
