This is the slowest location Lockport has to offer. Not only do you wait in line for 15 to 20 minutes inside or out, the staff is rude and moves as if there is no priority. I will drive out of my way from now on to go to the one on South Transit where they are fast, friendly and efficient.

Went through the drive some time between 3:30-4:30 pm yesterday and the person attitude was nasty. My food was basically chucked in my hand as if she had no regard for me whatsoever. If this is the kind of service that is provided on a daily basis it very concerning. Also worker should be mindful when dealing with customers because the never know just who is passing through there

This location always has horrible service, you stand at the counter waiting to be served and staff walk by without even acknowledging that you're there. It can get busy so I do understand that they have other customers, but it doesn't take much to say we'll be with you in a second. That never happens here.

Do you train the people to not be polite? Never a hello, no thank you or anything. I mean no smiles just grumpy people. Never get napkins or a receipt. We have now moved on to Star bucks at Topps where they at least say hello and are kind. I’m sorry that your business is so miserable people take that attitude on.

I ordered a chai tea like always and was told they no longer have chai tea, only the chai syrup. So I asked what kind of tea do you have. I was given a list of 4 or so, so I ordered the next tea I like, English Breakfast. The girl filling the order came to the counter and asked what is English Breakfast Tea, she never heard of it. The guy that rung it up explained that it was tea bags. She said I never heard of it and we don't have that. How can you no longer carry the most popular teas and try to push off the imitation syrups as tea?!

I've gotten the steak and cheese panini combo from this place almost the same time for the past 3 Mondays and everytime, no chips and the panini isn't even melted im gonna pick this thing up and all stuff just gonna fall out paid 9 dollars for a blue rare panini

My iced coffee was made perfect. My fiance got the cherry berry refresher and was way too sweet for his liking. He asked the worker if he could have it watered down and she just made him a new one. Place was very clean, workers very friendly.
The past 4 times I've gone to this location my iced coffee has been made differently every time...it's never consistent. Also twice ice received donuts that taste like they've sat all day.

The food is below average and it always has been. Any time I stop here, the ice coffee is burnt and they can never toast a bagel correctly. I live two doors down and I'd thought they would improve but they haven't. I'd rather go across town than ever come here again.

I love Tim Hortons and normally never have bad experiences, however this location has given me and my girlfriend food poisoning.We ordered 2 drinks, a hashbrown and some egg bites. A normal meal for some normal people. While we were waiting for our food, we noticed there was a container sitting RIGHT next to the food area with a bunch of broken egg shells and egg whites all over. I could picture in my mind the little bacteria rubbing their hands together like some comically evil supervillain as they crawled over the side onto the counter top and spread their filth all over my food.There needs to be better sanitation standards where there arent egg shells and raw egg whites all over the area where the food is prepped. My girlfriend and I were up all night with the bubble guts and I was chugging nausea medication and ginger ale trying not to throw up.This was the only thing I had to eat all day so it couldn't have been anything else.
