Worst coffee in the world, unless you go early morning. Everyone talks about this. Everything else is great. You need to refresh the coffee like you used to. I threw a full large on my lawn. This is meant to be constructive. You’re so close to being great like before.

I like the food here. But I wanted a hash brown and they told me because it was passed 10 o’clock they weren’t serving them anymore. I thought it made sense and I was content. I then ordered a farmers rap to see if there would be a hash brown in it and there was. Why can there be a hash brown in my rap but they can’t give me one by itself. Make it make sense!

Workers don’t know how to ring up items, make sandwiches wrong and then when you go back they tell you, you didn’t order that. First off get it together and the whole store is a mess. Needs new management!

25 minutes stuck in the drive-through line at Tim Hortons. When I watched all the cars in front of me get nothing but coffee not sure what’s happening, but the service is terrible.

This is the slowest location Lockport has to offer. Not only do you wait in line for 15 to 20 minutes inside or out, the staff is rude and moves as if there is no priority. I will drive out of my way from now on to go to the one on South Transit where they are fast, friendly and efficient.

Went through the drive some time between 3:30-4:30 pm yesterday and the person attitude was nasty. My food was basically chucked in my hand as if she had no regard for me whatsoever. If this is the kind of service that is provided on a daily basis it very concerning. Also worker should be mindful when dealing with customers because the never know just who is passing through there

This location never makes lattes right - handed me a cup of cream like it’s my fault and then spilled my husband’s coffee and gave it to him.
