Placed an online order and was not ready after 20 min later. Customer service was ok. Not friendly and professional whatsoever. They did not apologize for the inconvenience. Plus my ice coffee was not only ready for direct pickup, coffee was ok and not the greatest like I always order. I understand they are busy in the mornings, but could it hurt to just crack a smile at all. All the workers looked miserable…😬

Worst coffee in the world, unless you go early morning. Everyone talks about this. Everything else is great. You need to refresh the coffee like you used to. I threw a full large on my lawn. This is meant to be constructive. You’re so close to being great like before.
