Out of a lot of donuts. I ordered the last 9 of the birthday cake tim bits. Then a girl working there came up and took most of them. I told her that I just bought them but she ignored me, ate one herself and gave them to the drive thru person who had already asked if there were any left and my cashier had told her that I bought them. So she brought them back while the girl who took them and ate one gave me a dirty look. So ya, bad service. No one said anything. Not a sorry. Nothing. My cashier gave me the bix of timbits but forgot what else i ordered. He actually looked at my table like he thought i already had it. And the floor and tables were a mess. I wouldn't recommend.

The last few times we've gone there they have screwed my drink up. It shouldn't hard to screw up when all i ask for is an light ice capp with almond milk. Today they put caramel in it. I definitely did not ask for caramel.

This tim Hortons is the worst and iv been ripped off twice!!!! Iv stop coming here after being charged for an extra large with 3 oat milks and got a large with only milk. Today is the most frustrating! I paid near $6 for a large oat milk ice latte and this is what I got! Where is the COFFEE????? It’s straight oat milk and syrup!!! It’s sad I have to pay extra for being lactose and tolerate, and still get ripped off
This Tim Hortons is terrible. They don’t follow the orders. I request a drink with espresso and don’t get the espresso. The iced capp machine is regularly “broken”. And today I ordered a pretzel bagel with butter and received a burnt pretzel bagel with cream cheese. Ridiculous. I have a picture but can’t add.

This Tim Hortons has been slow in the drive through for the last week. I order a LG 2 cream and 3 surgar coffee and for the past couple of times my coffee tastes like there is no sugar in it and it tastes burnt. I tried the Tim Hortons in Newfane and the service is better and so is the coffee.
