Last few times, quite a few, been out of multiple items. Chili, now why in the cold weather wouldn't they make more, always run out. Highly disappointed. Also out of artisan rolls. Can't make a breakfast sandwich before 3:00, out of that. Ridiculous. This location used to be a good place, no longer true.

Breakfast sandwiches are always cold, untoasted, dry, and green rubbery egg. Even if im the only one in line, its still cold and dry and inedible. How do they stay in business with such disregard for quality?!

Out of a lot of donuts. I ordered the last 9 of the birthday cake tim bits. Then a girl working there came up and took most of them. I told her that I just bought them but she ignored me, ate one herself and gave them to the drive thru person who had already asked if there were any left and my cashier had told her that I bought them. So she brought them back while the girl who took them and ate one gave me a dirty look. So ya, bad service. No one said anything. Not a sorry. Nothing. My cashier gave me the bix of timbits but forgot what else i ordered. He actually looked at my table like he thought i already had it. And the floor and tables were a mess. I wouldn't recommend.

The last few times we've gone there they have screwed my drink up. It shouldn't hard to screw up when all i ask for is an light ice capp with almond milk. Today they put caramel in it. I definitely did not ask for caramel.

This Tim Horton's is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Manager Jessica is AMAZING!!! Customer service here is on point, and my order is ALWAYS correct. Any time I've had an issue, Jessica has more than taken care of me. Will ALWAYS be a returning customer to this location they are "Where it's at!"

This tim Hortons is the worst and iv been ripped off twice!!!! Iv stop coming here after being charged for an extra large with 3 oat milks and got a large with only milk. Today is the most frustrating! I paid near $6 for a large oat milk ice latte and this is what I got! Where is the COFFEE????? It’s straight oat milk and syrup!!! It’s sad I have to pay extra for being lactose and tolerate, and still get ripped off
