They mess up my order every time I come here. If they are doing it on purpose I commend them on their dedication and conscientiousness. If they trying to make the orders correctly and still messing it up every time I can't imagine what sort of unmitigated disaster this place has to be from the store manager down to every single employee.

I went through the drive through, and ordered 2 bacon farmers wraps, went received 2 wraps with JUST a hashbrown. We then went back to get the correct order, and they repeated the order back to us, just to receive 2 wraps with just SAUSAGE and nothing else. Then when we called, the manager was rude and made up many different excuses stating that, she made them so she knows they’re right, they’re training people, we didn’t know what we were ordering etc.

Frequent this location, workers consistently are very slow and do not know how to work pos system. takes forever for them to take an order and then the order is completely wrong. we had to get our order remade two times and it was wrong both times which manager insisted she made correct. was supposed to be farmers wraps with no egg.. she insisted she put everything on them but couldn’t tell me which meat was inside? supposed to be hashbrown bacon and cheese. She said they’re training new people but she can’t even make the wraps right herself? Did not offer anything to help or an apology for her untrained staff, completely unprofessional.

The drive thru team working this morning needs training as to how to address a customer complaint! My order was not correct and when I asked for my sandwich to be wrapped and not just thrown in the bag, I was told they don’t wrap sandwiches or have anything to wrap it in but could offer me a plastic bag to wrap my sandwich in! The morning team at the drive thru M-F always wraps my sandwich and the customer service is amazing - not sure why the weekend crew doesn’t do their job at the same level! The nasty exchange was all before 9 am! Will look to another place on the weekends to provide a coffee and a bagel!!

Unfortunately outdated small town of Pendleton has such slow service and long lines drive through is always a sleeper. I've given up.. the gas station here also has the highest prices in the entire area. Prices are .20-.45 cents a gallon more gas and diesel go to high quality transit you will save big for a 3 minute drive.

Anytime when they say they are open in the morning time there's nobody here. Like this weekend there was nobody at the drive-thru and it's been 15 minutes past when they are supposed to be open
