The drive thru team working this morning needs training as to how to address a customer complaint! My order was not correct and when I asked for my sandwich to be wrapped and not just thrown in the bag, I was told they don’t wrap sandwiches or have anything to wrap it in but could offer me a plastic bag to wrap my sandwich in! The morning team at the drive thru M-F always wraps my sandwich and the customer service is amazing - not sure why the weekend crew doesn’t do their job at the same level! The nasty exchange was all before 9 am! Will look to another place on the weekends to provide a coffee and a bagel!!

Unfortunately outdated small town of Pendleton has such slow service and long lines drive through is always a sleeper. I've given up.. the gas station here also has the highest prices in the entire area. Prices are .20-.45 cents a gallon more gas and diesel go to high quality transit you will save big for a 3 minute drive.

This place is my go to stop every morning. The older lady at the window is so polite and friendly and always provides immaculate service and shows great hospitality! The whole team is very understanding and professional. They always have whatever I want to eat or drink and if they don’t have it they always go out of their way to offer to make it fresh to order. This location is always very clean and tidy and very presentable. The coffee is always very hot and fresh. Stop by here for some fresh coffee and amazing service you won’t regret it!
The older lady taking the orders in the morning is the worst at it!! and I don't think she's gotten my order right once ?? but to make it even worse she messes up your order and then blames it on you and then argues with you back and forth. Trying to say that that's what you said you wanted. I have witnesses. It's unanimous. She's crazy and should not be taking orders, let alone. Probably even working. She needs to retire
