As a native to Western NY and now living in another state, I found TrueBean after I was looking for a great coffee roaster while visiting friends/family. I couldn't have found more of a gold mine. There was great communication throughout the order and I had a timeline to get the coffee, but it was ready earlier than expected. As a specialty coffee enthusiast I had high expectations. All of my expectations have been surpassed. I've ordered out of state again to have this coffee delivered to me because of this. The bloom I get from TrueBean coffee is like nothing else. I've ordered from many different roasters and these taste profiles compete with the best of the best. I cannot recommend this roaster enough. Jason's artwork is also a very pleasant thing to look at with each bag. This is a must stop shop for your coffee needs!

Fantastic, full flavored, quality coffee. I typically add a hint of sugar and/or cream, but make sure to try it black first. There’s so much more love in this cup than from the big-brands. 5 star, Def recommend.

What more can I ask for?The Tanzania Peaberry Shimiligwanda Estate has such a lovely light fruity flavor. No flavors overpower; just a beautiful blend. I’m looking forward to receiving my next shipment to try the rest out! I may have to try one of those subscriptions out.Oh, and bonus. Jason’s artwork is da bomb! Keep up the amazing work! TrueBean is by far my most favorite coffee company in all of Western New York. This means a lot because there are TONS of wonderful roasters in our area. TrueBean tickles my tastebuds in a different way. The flavors are complex yet smooth and I haven't met a roast I didn't like. My favorite is the Tanzania Peaberry. The art on the bags is gorgeous as well and created by the roaster/owner, Jason. Grab a cup at the Lockport Community Market, The Lock Keeper Coffee House, or on their website. Do it!
