This was a restaurant that I have gone to for years. Owners changed. Food is not as good as it used to be. Service was slow and rude. Screaming kids at a table there and no one asked them to possibly settle the kids down. Upset our dinner and everyone around us. Owners came out and told us to leave after we complained. Total bs..dont ever go here this place is awful now

Ordered fingers, fries and garlic bread. Like eating a salt lick! Not sure if it's the butter they use in the wing sauce or what, wife's fish fry was good though.

Just ordered two Ruben sandwiches. Too much butter on the bread and toasted too lightly. Very little thousand islands sauce, very little sauerkraut and for Wagners for being known for piling on the meat, it was very skimpy. Never again.

Stopped in for a roast beef and French onion soup was very disappointed soup was very sweet not to much on flavor, but the biggest disappointment was the beef nothing like the photo on menu seemed more like shreds of beef over cooked and no pickle on the side!!

Called in for take out. Ordered fish dinner with fries & beef on wick with just rings,& no fries though receipt stated I got fries. We live 2 minutes away. Even with calling & showing up 5 minutes earlier than the 20 min. I was told was how long to wait to pick up this food - ALL food was luke warm NOT hot like it should be. Fish was on the dry side - ended up throwing 60% away, fries were not crisp at all & were greasy., no lemon provided. Beef on wick, meat was nice but dry and no Au Jus provided, onion rings were good. Their was 1 customer at the bar eating meatballs so why was my order pathetic? We stopped being regulars because it was hit & miss with the food. I only ordered today because I hurt my back & could not cook & Wagners is 2 minutes away & maybe today will be one of their "good days" but NOPE. . Well, guess what! Next time my back goes out, we break out the PB&J rather than spend over $30.00 on crap food. Terrible. Never again!

Customer Service is lacking. Staff is not friendly to new patrons. They are friendly to regulars but definitely give the impression that new ppl or "different" people are not welcome. Ordered crispy wings, the wings I received were very soggy, sloppy & thrown together. Not unappetizing at all, couldn't finish the order. Very surprising because I've always been very satisfied with their food in the past. Not sure what's happened?

Ice cream hot caramel sundae served with mediocre vanilla custard and melted before I had taken two spoonfuls. So disgusted to waste $6 I left it there. The Oreo sundae wasn’t any better, used a fake Oreo and the custard was “grainy”. Nope! Don’t get ice cream here. Maybe packed cone would be better.
