James has to be the most Rude and obnoxious man I have ever come across in restaurant/ retail industry. Have visited this place several times and I'm DONE . His staff takes right after him!

Curly hair female employee, unknown name. Very rude, doesn't kill you to smile once in a while and on her phone while taking my order like put down the phone and take our orders then you can proceed to go back on your phone afterwards. The manager is the bald older guy, very nice. He is amazing!!

If I could give this place less than zero stars I would. it was a really busy Saturday in the area when today I went to this restaurant only to find the doors locked and unable to enter the restaurant. So if you try to go to this restaurant just be warned that they may be closed for dine in and you may not be able to open the doors. There was no sign on the doors or any warning as to why this was happening. I was also unable to place a mobile order for pickup because options were grayed out on the app that I could not click. Because I was unable to enter this restaurant I obviously chose another place to eat, and I will not be returning to this restaurant ever.

Went there a week ago at drive throgh window ordered burger n fries for me and wife were always polite. My wife from the Philippines really enjoys ketchup it’s only thing she asks for. She did not get it last week so we tried again just now a week later it’s Saturday about 9:10pm1-25-25 went throgh drive throgh polite as usual has to ask for French Chris 3 times before giving up and just getting meal with them that’s after I was told to please hold as soon as I pulled up which I don’t know why I had to hold there was practically no one there it looked like ghost town but anyhow paid 30 plus dollars for 2 sandwiches and asked the guy at window to please give me ketchup 2 times and he said he would get me ketchup. He turned around and put stuff in our bag and handed to me me n wife got down road opened bag and no ketchup at all. She seemed disappointed and remind me how they did last thing week before. I’ll be telling everyone I know to stop going thre and I won’t be going back. If a manager watched a video there for 5 minutes they’d see how there employees do this to everyone I’m guessing and don’t do nothing about it so yes o blame everyone there. Not going back ever

Workers are usually pretty nice and the food is good, but I felt that the situation was handled poorly when an item on my mobile order was out of stock and I was told I would have to handle it myself. I understand that fast food is stressful and mobile ordering probably isn’t super seamless for the restaurants regarding stock and refunds, but you can’t refund orders on your own on the app and it turns out that customer support is basically impossible to get a hold of. It was only a dollar and I’m not one to complain to a manager, do a chargeback, or wait for hours on customer support for something small like that, so I’ll just eat the charge. At least I learned my lesson with a cheap item, I guess.
Terrible. I ask please melt the cheese and I still got a chance of ass sandwich not to mention they didn't even have food cooked. Staff lazy and ghetto
Food and service was great but the state of this restaurant is bad. The drink machine was filthy. Hair sticking to it and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The women’s bathroom was also very disgusting. Dried urine on the floor by the toilets. Toilets had nasty bodily fluid “stains” on the frame of the toilet. If these things are this filthy I can only imagine the state of where they’re making people’s food.

**Update AFTER we got our "Fresh" food**

Food was ice cold. "Fresh" chicken was the only warm thing in our bag. The biscuit it was on was ice cold, so cold you could feel it through the package. Breakfast wedges tasted off and were cold and you could tell the burrito was old. Wouldn't give us a receipt for our order and we were there from start to finish over 20 minutes for a drive thru order. This is ridiculous! If someone in management could please reach out that would be great. We will be trying other means to get a hold of you.
There were only three cars in the drive thru when we pulled in. Took over fifteen min to even place our order. Person taking orders was extremely rude. Service was super slow obviously. Was then told at the window, which took another five minutes to get to after placing the order, that they had to drop the chicken we (and the car in front of us) had ordered and it would take ANOTHER five minutes. It is NOT that busy to have to be that far behind. Don't get me wrong I appreciate fresh food, but.... we sat for five min from the time we placed our order to the time we got to the window and they still hadn't dropped the chicken. Service here is a joke. Used to be a decent place but this experience.... Love their breakfast but.... Was not happy about today's visit at all.

I didn't even order from this particular wendys located on south transit road in lockport,NY. The restaurant was filthy from the food prep area to the lobby. I went to check the drink machine for choices. The whole thing was covered in soda even the floor. If I would have used the drive thru I wouldn't have seen this. Needless to say I turned and walked out I'll never waste my time going in this Wendy's again!

The baconator is the size of the McDonald's dollar menu burger. How did that happen? The service is really bad like I always get mayo on my burger when I tell them no mayo .always. No joke.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The doors were locked, and there was no inside service, which was frustrating. The order takers seemed incompetent and unhelpful. Then, I had to wait another 20 minutes in line, I recommend choosing another restaurant nearby.
It's just hard to justify premium fast food prices now based on convenience when this is the opposite.
