Stopped in here with my wife today. It was 3:30 on Friday, we were the only ones in there, as we expected at that time. It was nice to see a family run restaurant. The owner was the chef, his wife and daughter the servers. Food was really good. We started with the guacamole and we ordered the mussels. The chef came out and said the mussels came in a little small today and asked if we would like the clams instead. We said why not. The broth in this clam dish was fantastic. Then he came back out and asked if we want to try his carrot soup. One of the best soups I've literally ever had. Then we finished with steak fajitas and the flautas. Both great dishes. They were really friendly and nice people. We really appreciated their service and kindness. Also don't forget to get the red sangria it's amazing.

Y'all are crazy for giving this place anything but 5 stars!! The food here is delicious - we go here at least once a week. Any friends who come out to stay with us from the city beg to go here!! The Fajitas are the best I've ever had, and I've had many. They always have specials that are always smothered in the most delicious sauces. The Pollo relleno is also 5 stars! The restaurant also serves Italian food if Mexican is not your jam. The restaurant is family owned and the family is awesome! So friendly and nice - shoutout to Jose and his mom for always taking care of us! (And chef Jose too) Do not miss out going here, it's one of the best restaurants in Nassau!

Friendly service, however our waitress forgot the sides I ordered, and we were still charged for it. (My husband didn't notice I hadn't gotten it and paid the bill that charged us for it). Food was pretty mediocre and bland, but maybe that's because I'm from Southern California and am used to authentic Mexican. Haven't found good Mexican in NY since we moved here, but I'll keep trying. I will say the mozzarella sticks were the best I've ever had, and the view of sunset on the water was beautiful.

Wow! Really great Mexican food. I had the fajita combo and it was bomb. So tasty and perfectly cooked. I will be back.

Quaint little 8 table restaurant serving up some sizable and authentic mexican dishes. Doesn’t hurt it also offers a beautiful beach front view of Long Island sound. The cocktails are prepared well, appetizers fresh and if I must say, the carne asada is mind blowing good.I’ve been coming here for few years now and the friendly atmosphere makes it all worth while. It’s a bit out of the way, but trust me, they’re worth the trip.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant. Their steak fajitas are absolutely delicious and the best I've tasted. They are served sizzling hot with refried beans, sour cream, cheese and salsa. Our friends also enjoyed what they ordered (I forget what the ordered). The staff is friendly and it's nice to be able to sit and look outside at the water. Next time you're in the mood for Mexican food, give this great restaurant a try. You won't be disappointed.
