“We very recently had my mother's 80th birthday party here at Two25 with 40 attendees. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. First of all, it has a modern, calming and upscale vibe. The restaurant and restrooms are immaculate. Crisp table settings. Cool jazz lightly cascading through the sound system. Just great overall ambiance. From the moment I walked in to inquire about having a party, I met Caitlin, who deftly and expertly handled every single issue, before, during and after, with ease and grace. She made sure that our experience was perfect. A true professional and a credit to the establishment. From the moment that our party started, the staff was incredibly attentive and intuitive. The appetizers of arancini, wontons, and artichokes were absolutely delish. The salads course was perfect. And the main dinner courses were expertly crafted. I personally had the short ribs which were melt in your mouth deliciousness. My wife's salmon was cooked to perfection. And although I did not taste the chicken Milanese, everyone who had it reported it to be excellent. The dessert of gelato and cappuccino was the perfect complement to the amazing meal. And if I didn't stress this point enough, Caitlin and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate every whim. As an amazing example of that, before the day of the event, I mentioned to Caitlin, quite off-handedly, that although their beer selections were top shelf, they didn't have my go-to beer. Would you believe that the manager, Andrea, went out and personally made sure my favorite beer would be on hand for our event. Now that is what I call service!!!!
All of our guests were thoroughly impressed and everyone, invariably, had nothing but positive reviews for the event.

“We had the personal pizzas and they were excellent. They have draft beer and a variety of mixed drinks. The seating is cozy. Wait staff was attentive and ready with recommendations for first timers. It can get a bit loud when full but a very warm and inviting atmosphere.”

“I took my girlfriend to Brass Rail for a date and had a great experience. I had blue point oysters for an appetizer and the blackened mahi mahi for an entree. All prepared perfectly. My gf had the filet mignon which was also prepared perfectly and melted in your mouth. The drinks prepared by the amazing mixologist Ally were incredible. The service was great as well as the atmosphere. It was all in all a great dining experience. Highly recommended!”

“I have been eating an egg sandwich sandwiches on the North Shore of Long Island for over 20 years. This is by far one of the best Spots for egg sandwiches and half-and-half that I have come across in a long time the staff is amazing They’re always very polite and for the North Shore of Rhode Island. It is pretty fairly priced. All of their food has been good. I’ve yet to have a bad experience in the past five months and I haven’t been going there.”

“Found this restaurant by accident on Friday and we love it! In fact, we went back Saturday for Churros and Sunday for dinner again. On Friday we had their Street Tacos and today we had their Tako Bowls! This may be a small place, but their flavors are not!! Amazing food and great portions! The entire staff from front and back of house are very friendly. So glad we found them and looking forward to going back! We HIGHLY recommend them!”

For a new establishment I guess I was expecting a bit more … maybe ask if we had been there before? Seems she took our order and disappeared. But the server assistants were on point. Dinner was really good. We will go back… because of the food. Even the manager walked pasted us a dozen times. There were 6 tables.. perfect time for manager to mingle… just saying. Place is very nice, great menu too. Just left feeling ignored. Nice music too. Maybe the server was having a bad day? “We love going to Foster—at this point, you could say we’re regulars. We typically sit at the bar. We especially love their specials, and I’m still thinking about the elk burger I had last year (please bring it back!).The oysters are always fresh and delicious, and the fried chicken is absolutely amazing. Recently, I’ve been loving the salmon with corn and shishito succotash and blueberry teriyaki. Honestly, everything is consistently fresh and delicious.

John, the bartender, makes excellent cocktails—many with fun names like Silence of the Lambrusco. He puts a lot of care into his craft, from house-infused ingredients to thoughtful presentation. He also always keeps you hydrated with their house water, which I truly appreciate.

Happy hour is a great deal and is available at the bar only, Wednesday through Sunday from 5:00–7:00 pm, and all night on Mondays. We love ordering the wood-fired Margherita pizza and fried chicken wings for $12.36, along with their house margarita at $10.30—delicious and affordable.

When we do get a table, the service is always spot on.
