“We came to Fosters for the fried chicken and it exceeded our expectations. We had the bread, broccolini Caesar and then the chicken. Everything was so fresh and different than anything we’ve had before. For dessert we had the famous banana foster which was OUTSTANDING! I also had the Call my hand Banana cocktail that was really delicious. Our server Casey was super sweet and attentive. Will be back again! Perfect date night spot. The atmosphere & decor was also great!”

“AWESOME KOREAN RESTAURANT IN LONG ISLAND: I’m not a foodie and I don’t think I’ve ever posted about restaurants (but I am Korean) - I have to make an exception for this place. Yes, this restaurant is on Long Island, but the Korean food EXCELLENT (better than lots of places in Flushing) and service is OUTSTANDING. Every dish we’ve tried so far (짜장면, 순두부찌개, 육개장, 제육덮밥) has been so amazing, delicious, and authentic (especially the spices!!!). If you’re ever in the area, please stop in and eat here. It’s crazy awesome! Thanks to my friend for encouraging me to try at a Korean restaurant that is not in Queens. My family will be forever grateful - five stars and 2 thumbs way up from me and my family members. :)”

“I stopped by on a weeknight hoping for an easy, casual dinner and was immediately struck by the atmosphere: great ambience, a warm, neighborhood vibe, and more good food on the menu than we could get to in one sitting. “Very nice inviting decor. Service was just ok. The server was basic, didn’t tell us it was happy hour? Nor did she mention and food selections. For a new establishment I guess I was expecting a bit more … maybe ask if we had been there before? Check back to see how our food was( it was outstanding), we got more help from the water girl Had to ask to clear table. Had to ask for check from the water girl? The server had much support. Seems she took our order and disappeared. But the server assistants were on point. Dinner was really good. We will go back… because of the food. Even the manager walked pasted us a dozen times. There were 6 tables.. perfect time for manager to mingle… just saying. Place is very nice, great menu too. Just left feeling ignored. Nice music too. Maybe the server was having a bad day? Like I said we will go again !!! Great food.”

“If you want a place to go eat with dirty hands this is the one! Bathroom is always closed but there’s an alley not too far away. You can tell management really cares about the customer experience when they keep the bathroom closed from customers. And they even have tables, that alone would be a health department violation(tables without a working bathroom) but who has time to call them anyway? I think the stuff here is delicious but it could also be the flavor from the last customer on the door handle so who knows?”

“My husband and I did the table side omakase and overall, all the sushi was absolutely delicious! The only critique we have is for the dessert, which was green tea ice cream. We feel like for the price per person, the dessert should be a bit more elevated than ice cream that was most likely store bought. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who asked, but just give a heads up that the dessert may feel lacking.”
