Quick review. Food was good. Tricolor salad was excellent. Service was terrible. Very slow to take orders. Had to ask multiple times to refill water glass. Overall experience was good. Noise level was very loud and found it difficult to hear the person sitting across from me.

I have posted less-than-5-star reviews of the Brass Rail in recent months, primarily because the bar and the clientele had taken a dive. The last 2 times we were here, clearly they have taken efforts to improve the bar service and drink quality.
