This past weekend we visited Lamoreaux for a wine tasting. Keep in mind it is winter and slow season. Some places in the area had also closed due to the weather but they had stayed open and I am so glad we had the chance to do a tasting here. The location itself is beautiful. Michaela was so kind and knowledgeable on the wines. Every winery has its own characteristics and selection and she knew theirs very well and made some wonderful suggestions based on what we had liked so far. She went above and beyond for us. The atmosphere was perfect and we easily spent an hour here having a relaxed tasting and chatting with our server as well as other guests.
We always love visiting this winery when we are in the finger lakes. The wine is excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable.
Delicious wines! We don’t typically like Chardonnay but were huge fans of the unoaked Chardonnay that Ashley recommended we try as well as the Merlot! Ashley was super sweet and very knowledgeable!
Great white vines! Reasonable price! Take chance.
Such a great tasting experience! The staff is so bubbly and friendly and the views can’t get any better!! Even for a dreary day it was so cozy.
Lamoreaux is one of our top 3 wineries in the finger lakes! They consistently have quality wines. We finally joined their wine club this year after several visits. We were excited to share a recent visit with friends so they could experience the vineyard. Victoria was an excellent tasting guide. Highly recommend the Dry Rose of Pinot Noir & Gruner Veltliner.
Ashleigh was our wine guide and so informative and personable. We enjoyed our tasting and appreciated that it was both elevated and personal. The wines were high-quality and we particularly enjoyed the single vineyard wines, which showcase the same grapes, but grown at different vineyards and highlighted the differences in terroir. Highly recommend for the beauty of the property, the quality of the wines and the experience!
For close to 20 years, this has been heads above most of the rest in the region. This year is no different. Lamoreaux is the real thing. Probably the best reds around. Well worth your time.
Staff was quite rude and overall appearance overall was unprofessional and did not meet the appearance of the location. We flew up here from South Carolina to spend time with family and because two party members were not tasting they had to wait outside. We did not purchase even though we enjoyed several of the wines and we will not be returning.
Found some really nice wines here. Jamie was a pleasure to have her help us.

Some very good wines including the dry riesling and dry rose of pinot noir. excellent sparkilng. unfortunate that the sparklings are not part of the standard tasting. also, very loud. they couls use some sound deading materials
Delicious wines, great views, super-friendly staff! We did two tastings and tasted 9 different wines between us. No misses among the bunch. The Riesling Cuvee was a standout. Thanks for the great experience!
Nice establishment with very very knowledgeable staff performing the tastings. What sets them apart from their competitors is their ICE WINE! It’s nice that they can be included in the tasting if your choosing. I’m not sure they have outdoor seating or maybe it just wasn’t utilized during my visit.
Place is beautiful but not worth going. When you pay for tasting they do not go over any of the wines. Also, you feel rushed. The staff are unwelcoming. You feel like another ticket number to add to the roster.
Went to other wineries we’re tasting became a beautiful experience not a transaction.
Wine is great! Jamie was super knowledgeable and fun to talk to. Go!
