My experience was amazing. The service there is five stars. I needed a custom cake for my boyfriend's birthday and it was done beautifully and quickly. Highly recommended It was fresh and delicious

Just left Baskin-Robbins store in Long Beach New York I don’t like to see anybody go out of business and lose their jobs but I don’t know how long this place is gonna stay in business. If you ask you get one napkin and not one more one scoop Cohen six dollars instead of them ripping people off they should close. Is like having a nightmare store not so clean have young kids who don’t know what they’re doing working there. Their ice cream is so watery and sugary. I don’t mind paying and being overcharged at least give me something worth it inferior product first time I was there in years and I shall not return and don’t recommend you do either. If you feel like that kind of food better off going to Carvel at least it’s natural and not Colorings and flavoring and artificial ingredients buyer beware

This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to say the least!! The portions are very good for the price. I have lived in Long Beach my entire life and have come to this location! I also travel a lot and this is the best location by far. Anyone who says differently must just be having a very bad day themselves. If you want EXCELLENT service and a GREAT treat please visit this location!
Hopes is one of my family's favorite "treat destinations". The staff here is incredibly nice to my kids. The candy selection is fantastic and the snacks are delicious. I love that they carry 'olde timey' candy that is hard to find elsewhere

People trying very hard to pay their rent. The franchise model makes them weigh each scoop and be really cheap about the ice cream quantity they give you. So you pay $9 for two tablespoons of quite good ice cream. Want a shake? Nine bucks for one tablespoon of ice cream in a cup of milk.Not for me. I want more for my money. I feel sorry for these poor "owners" who invested their money buying a paycheck. But then they also take the tip money from the kids who work there. The franchiser should be ashamed what they do to people.Don't mind overpaying to support a local merchant? Go for it. You'll like the quality and service.
