Food is great, but unfortunately their service was terrible the two times I went there. Both times I tried to order by phone but their line was busy. Then I decided to order through seamless pick up. Exact same story when I got there both times verbatim “we didn’t get any orders from seamless! Did you order to the wrong location?” (Which I definitely didn’t, address matched both times, in fact the first time they marked my order ready for pick up). First time I just stayed / waited for them to make the order ~15 mins. 2nd time I just gave up. I feel like this deli has a good opportunity to work on their customer service and give customers a really good experience to go along with their really good food. Best of luck guys!

I have come here many times and Christine is always nice and courteous. The other morning I was paying for my overpriced breakfast and the old brunette at the register was just so nasty and rude. If this job is making you so miserable, you should quit!

Everytime I have been there, the staff is friendly, the bagels are fresh. They have a great selection, the prices are reasonable, and most of all, and most of all they load the cream cheese on! I love Emma! 5 stars

Great Fresh Bagels and The Best Lox Spread, they don't skimp on the Lox in the spread like 99.9% of the shops and I try them all over the island and borough's, this is #1. I can't drive by without stopping.
