Worst Burger King i've ever been to. Manager and workers are unprofessional as can be in front of us customers. They basically didn't care about us and instead wanted to gossip about their friends instead of getting our order right. Go to mcdonald's instead.

I gave two stars for the food because I expect Burger King to be disgusting, but in the "real world" I would have given one. I gave three stars for the atmosphere because they have a free and open policy about their toilet room and they let all us guys wander over from the Robert Blake Memorial Long Beach Bus Terminal and blow up that potty whenever we want! Sometimes a bunch of us at once! On special days we hold an Olympic-style competition in there; upper-deckers, the Kansas City side-by-side, Chicago sunroof, Amish soft-serve, you name it! God bless 'em over there at the Home of the Whopper! And it ain't like we're being neat and tidy about it, either! Bald Spot Frankie and Dumpster Mike don't even bother to lift the seat anymore. But the thing that allows the seating area and toilets to be a free-for-all is also what ruins this BK--the staff just don't care about anything. No plastic bags in the trash pails, the paper crowns don't have the adjustable slots on them anymore to make them fit right, the onion rings are still cold inside when they throw them at you, and they don't really assemble the burgers before they drop them in the bag. But I guess that you can't have it both ways: you can either enjoy the fact that you can pull a "soup kitchen" in the 'Loo and smoke dope without any of the goofballs that work there disturbing you, or you can be angry that all of that freedom also means you're gonna get a Whopper Jr with Cheese that has probably been made by a person who has just stopped giving a damn.Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult to cram more than three wheelchairs in the restroom at the same time.

TRUEST HEART

I opened my bag at home to see missing bun. I drove back and 8/19/23 at noon and the crew faked not understanding me. They replaced it, I went home: cold, stale, no cheese and extra extra pickles. Everything I never ordered. I was wondering why they were all laughing . I scraped the pickles off and ate it. I was sick, throwing up and diarrhea . I'll never go back. Each crew I meet oner the year was mostly worthless. Fire the one hiring these clowns . Such a beautiful town, too bad.

This location in Long Beach has terrible service. I ordered some chicken fries and a large fries. It took over 15 minutes to get my order. The workers look depressed and uninspired. They wander around aimlessly. A manager finally showed up and people were finally getting their food. They also have a drive thru service. I saw a man just sitting in his car looking at his phone waiting patiently for a drink and burger and fries. He was there at the drive thru window before I ordered. Wow. I blame the manager for this terrible service.

The service is very bad one afternoon I went through the drive-thru and I asked for a combo of two hamburgers, soda and fries and they didn't ask me if I wanted cheese that soda wanted none of that. I think he should treat people better because the man came out angry because we complained to him. They must work better if they are paid, it is not for free.

So when I went I asked to go to the bathroom and they said we don’t have a key so I was talking the so-called manager and she said don’t judge us for having no key just a disclaimer it is 2 o’clock and nobody is in the store and I’m with my son when I was trying to order my whopper and they were too busy trying to tow my truck with the so-called tow truck when I finally got my food lady threw her microphone at a wall because they didn’t feel like making me food finally when I got my food they said they didn’t have any whoppers and they gave me a double bacon cheeseburger with only bacon cheese and a slice of bread when I demanded a refund they threatened to call the cops.

Very sloppy with filling order. I was missing a big king. When I told the employee about the missing item, I was given a double cheeseburger. The big king suppose to come with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, etc. I was given just 2 beef patties, 2 cheese, on a bun. The employees told me that is what its supposed to be. All the staffs working at this location needs to be trained again and go on the company's website to see what a big king looks like. I will not return to this location for the poor service and food at this location doesn't taste that good either.

I have been going to this Burger King as a kid. I have nothing against transgender ppl. But this Spanish woman who is transgender really has a problem with woman. Ima say black woman. Her customer service is horrible the whole staff knows this but she still works there. I guess it’s really time to leave the fast food processed food alone. App canceled and I will never eat from any Burger King.

Counter service treats you like utter trash. Call to complain? Hung up on. Laughed at and yelled at for asking if 'that burger was mine' that was sitting there for 10 minutes. Humiliated because a coward didn't want to be accountable for a simple mistake and instead chose to take advantage that due to my disability (PTSD) she could yell at me. When I called, gaslit me to say she was the manager and hung up on me. Mgr didn't intervene and could care less. Franchise owner could care less. BK could care less. Never responded to any complaint.
