Got quite literally the most delicious smoothie I’ve ever had. It was called the Wonder Woman and it had many amazing ingredients to support women’s health! Johnny and Nella (the owners) were both behind the counter and provided us with information about the ingredients in our beverages. They also gave us a free sample of a wellness shot! I highly recommend, this is a community staple and they have a wonderful mission!

STOP EVERYTHING & GO HERE! I’ve been a regular here for about 2 years now and I absolutely LOVE FBG! The smoothies, protein shakes, wellness shots, and juices are all delicious and made from the freshest organic ingredients — and they really do mean genuinely ORGANIC! Some places make fake claims… not FBG. If you don’t believe me, check their Instagram page, where they post their invoices for all to see. How’s that for transparency? You can literally see every ingredient you’re getting. Plus, they don’t use single-use plastics here either — they use Greenware cups and lids, which are compostable and biodegradable. The couple who owns and runs FBG is so awesome — they’re honest, dedicated, hardworking, incredibly friendly and personable family people, and they run the whole operation in the memory of their late brother-in-law. Plus, Johnny (the owner) is a dietician! He went through years of schooling and knows everything there is to know about the top-shelf ingredients in their smoothies. He’ll even share his insider knowledge to help you achieve and maintain optimal health and fitness, just because he genuinely enjoys making people look and feel better. Also, every 10th smoothie is free when you check in on the Clover app, so great value there. Can’t wait to bring my partner here when he comes in from Australia next month. At first glance, this is a great spot for juices and organic smoothies. The place is clean and the juices are fresh. But the customer service is non existent. The owners are constantly fighting or arguing about something. It is horrible for business.
On a good day the female owner bella might crack a smile. And even make some great suggestions! On a bad day she will give you an attitude for no reason. And God forbid there’s an issue with your order it is YOUR fault. The customer is always wrong here. On a good day Johny will tell you ten times that his produce is organic. And that they post their invoices “all over Instagram!!” Then he will complain about how busy it is. And that he can’t wait to go home. I wouldn’t expect that attitude from a teenage employee, let alone the owner.
If you make a suggestion or comment, don’t expect a pleasant response. They are extremely closed minded and combative. Take your $$ elsewhere.
This place serves up by far the best smoothies and protein shakes in Long Beach! Have a great selection. The ingredients are quality. And the service is always prompt and friendly. You can’t find more attentive and friendly owners of a small business than Johnny and Nella. With our 3 year old starting daycare we have been nonstop sick for months now and nothing was helping. A good friend recommended this place and told us to get the cannonball shot as soon as we start feeling another virus coming on. When I tell you this stuff is magic I mean it. I thought I was going to have to cancel my birthday party but the shot saved me and nipped the virus in the bud. Now as soon as we see our toddler starting to sniffle we get her a wellness shot and ourselves the cannonball shot. Today they even threw in a ginger shot on the house which was really kind of them. Very worth the drive into Long Beach for us!
