My husband, and I, had food delivered, from this superb restaurant.The large Greek salad, which we shared, was very fresh, and delicious.It had grape leaves, chopped Romaine, cucumbers, lots of large chunks of feta cheese, red onions, and tomatoes.We had two protein add-ons, falafel balls, and salmon.The salmon was cooked to perfection, juicy, and a delight to eat.The falafel balls were the best that I have ever had.In fact, whenever we order this restaurant’s falafel sandwiches, the falafels are mouth-watering good, and the sandwiches are chock full of lettuce, tomatoes, tahini, and hummus.The chef, and owner, take great pride in what is offered to the public.The restaurant aims to please, and it always, consistently succeeds.My husband and I are vegetarians, and we often order the lentil soup.It is a vegan broth of savory vegetables.Everything we have sampled from “ The Greek Cove”, in Long Beach, has been wonderful.Delivery is always on time, with Grubhub, or with Uber Eats.I have only praise for the high professionalism, of the owner, and the chef, and the quality of food, that is prepared, so well.

Amazing Greek food. We usually get the grilled shrimp or chicken gyro. Portions are huge and the people are really nice. So glad this is close to us

Right down the road. It's a great option if you're not in the mood for a pastrami sandwich. Great value. Fresh salads, and great appetizers. We get the Greek trio...hummus, babaganoush and a spicy feta dip. Good for 4 people easy. Stuffed grape leaves are made fresh. Falafel is always hot and crispy. They always give you enough pita and the guys and gals behind the counter are always welcoming.

Greg cove in Long Beach is by far the best Greek takeout you're going to find on Long Island. Ordering might be difficult calling in because they're so busy but the wait is worthwhile. You get what you want it's a sizable portion that most of the time you question why you ordered the platter instead of the sandwich because the amount of food they give is amazing. The quality is very good the pricing is very good and the owner knows everybody by name. That's the type of place I want to purchase from. The only ambiance you're getting in Greek cove is watching how hard the staff prepares each meal. And if by chance they make an error on your order no questions they take it back make your new one immediately.
