Came in at 9 PM for a quick takeout. I ordered a small wonton soup and small white rice. And it wasn't good. The wonton tastes soggy and disgusting, it tastes old and looks old. The chips that come on the side were stale. That is the worst wonton soup I've ever had and I will not be coming back. I hope I don't get food poisoning. Paid $5 for those two times. Hopefully it's not $5 leading to sickness.

Whenever we come back to Long Beach this is the first restaurant we go back to because it's been our comfort food for nearly 20 years.
The general tso's chicken and the orange beef are my favorite. Also love the egg drop soup and the hour and sour soup The chow fun is an awesome savory choice.
So glad to see the original chef still here!

I didnt like the service i was trying to get my food delivered the staff couldnt underatand me it was hard for me to communicate with them. So they lost me as a customer i will never order there anymore

MADE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE ORDERING FOOD HERE TODAY!!!! TASTELESS FOOD. Fried chicken wings were rubbery. Egg drop soup tasted like paper. Boneless spare ribs tasted like sugary meat. How do you not cook good fried rice and Lo Mein!! SOOOO BLAND. The worst CHINESE FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD!! Unfortunately MERRYLAND was closed for Easter.... OH WELL, I AM NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!
