Very poor customer service, the workers didn’t want to do their job , waited forever to get my food from the drive-through . They took way too long to give me my food and I don’t trust it ! I don’t know if they spit in my food or not but I don’t trust it so I threw away my food .

Oh, KFC, you really outdid yourself this time. I ordered 4 burgers (3 spicy, 1 non-spicy)—and got a grand total of 3. Math clearly isn’t your strong suit. And just to keep it exciting, 2 of those 3 were wrong. Impressive.
This was supposed to be shared, but hey, nothing says awkward like showing up short on food. Tried calling the store to see if they could fix it—guess what? No one answered. Maybe the phones are just for decoration.
Big chains love to act like they’re untouchable, but with service like this, you’re basically speedrunning your way to “Closed for good.” Keep going—you’re almost there!

The quality was terrible. I ordered three pieces of original chicken como mio and received old, dry, overcooked chicken; it was not fresh. The cashier hispanics girl are nice and friendly. But definitely I'm come in there too wasting my money i trow away garbage !!!!

I recently placed an order on line for pick up at 4:30 PM. I arrived 15 minutes early and the order was already ready. When I arrived home with my order I found it to be ice cold and extremely dried out. I believe they packed my order 3 hours earlier, when I had made the order. I don’t eat KFC often, so I was looking forward to it. It was so dried out, it was horrible.

Where do I start? Ok first the food is good it’s KFC who can go wrong with some chicken? YOU WOULD THINK I ordered a pot pie. And I checked my order because they have a tendency of messing up my orders we didn’t see a pot pie so they gave us credit to spend on the TACO BELL SIDE YES THE TACO BELL SIDE the KFC is connected to TACO BELL!!!! I wanted fried chicken not a taco! Very disappointing I then arrived at home and what I found was a note that read “we don’t have pot pies” sad face!!! Like umm you couldn’t tell us that at the window they tried to scam us and your there next victim do not go here drive the extra 10 minutes to go to a different KFC.
Vegetarian options: ITS KFC KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN NOT KEEP FIT CHICK.

Parking: The inside is weird it is sort of a Taco Bell but sort of a kfc

I recently visited the KFC in Long Beach. The fries were crispy and flavorful, and the chicken was well-cooked. The staff was efficient. If you’re in Long Beach and want KFC, this location is worth considering.
