Was excited to try this new spot and support our local business, but as I walked in, it was not inviting at all. It was very warm and did not look like it was even open for business. Somewhat messy and refrigerator for drinks was empty . They did not have everything on the menu maybe about half of the selections were available. Was looking forward to the focaccia and it was a bit disappointing it almost seemed stale or just overly crusty and dry. The toppings were fine no issues there but just a little disappointed with the best part of the meal. It was a bit overpriced, overall it was just mediocre. Was hoping for better.

So I bought a sausage and peppers foccaccia from the rockville centre farmers market made by la focacceria in long beach ny and It was phenomenal. Definitely big enough for dinner for 4 and the flavor was amazing....I reheated it at 350 for 7 or 8 minutes and dude these flavors are slamming. I highly recommend at the cheap price point and the many options of flavors they have, there is something for everybody.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Surprising - the place was in a bit of disarray, surprising since they just opened. We like to support local businesses and heard good things. Crust was too crunchy and thin, more like a crostini than focaccia. We thought it was mediocre and to be honest, a bit over priced. Recommendations - organize and upgrade front facing, offer napkins, outdoor seating and lower prices by $2-$3.

I can’t be luckier. They are like 100ft from my house. We order from them once a week. I can’t say enough about. We have tried six so far and just when you think it couldn’t get better then the last well we’re so wrong. Can’t say I have a fav yet so far all have been great. Everything is made fresh. It’s crunchy but soft where it’s suppose to. They have a special of the week each week. They reheat really well. They cut it into 9 slices. It’s enough for two BUT we always get two so that we can try each others. Give em a call. They are quick. Always ready under 20 mins. We’ve had bolognese rostico, chicken parm, three tomato, meatball parm, salad supreme & the taco.

So easy to order online, pick up was so quick - staff is really nice. Flavors/toppings are good (spinach & artichoke was great) but the bread is way too toasted, not like traditional soft focaccia - the biggest thing I would suggest they change. Would definitely (and will) eat here again.
