We just moved to Long Beach and went for dinner at LB Bistro with friends who love the area. First of all, the space is decorated beautifully with a modern but comfortable vibe. I hosted a baby shower at LB Bistro yesterday. All I can say is WOW! The owner Matt made sure that everything went smoothly. The hand passed hors doeuvres were delicious. The entrees were very generous sized portions of salmon, shrimp or chicken. My guests are still raving about how great all of the food tasted. The wait staff was incredible and catered to every need. If you are planning an event, LB Bistro is the place to go!!!

I've come here twice, first time was I believe their opening week and the second was recently. The food is really great, I believe they bake their bread on premise which is very cool to me. The staff is very kind. I don't know her name but I believe she is a manager, well she is great! Makes sure to check in on the tables and even got us an extra basket of bread for the end of our meal when my partner still had quite a bit of broth left for her to enjoy, that was a nice...
