When we got to our room we found out that the television and phone were not working. We went to front desk and she called the manager and response was nothing they could do. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is an awesome place to eat. They singing karaoke everybody’s having a good old time is right across the street from the beach you got to come on down and have a good old time here the hotel awesome and the restaurant is amazing.

Excellent casual dinning spot with good food and service. They had live music they evening I was there and the large bay window opens for a beach breeze.

Attractive bar but terrible music (wasn't live music, just a terrible playlist) and weak drinks.
Food was very good, but the brunch waitress was horrific. I listened to her talk to an older women who was asking her for a napkin horribly. When she came to our table she was extremely annoyed with my granddaughter who is three years old. Terrible service which ruined the fact that the food was very good..... Its too bad because the cook does great!

My daughter had a reservation for a one-night stay to attend a wedding but because of a family emergency, she was unable to make the wedding. I called the hotel two days before to let them know, aware that they have a 72-hour cancellation policy, however, knowing that life happens and this was a true emergency, I had no doubt the hotel would understand and not try to take their money. After eight days of trying to reach "Matt" the manager, calling 8 times, and emailing twice, I have still yet to speak to him. They lied when I called, saying he wasn't there, telling me to call back at a certain time and when I did what they said, they told me he was there the whole time I was calling in the morning. Do not stay at this hotel because, God forbid you have an emergency, this hotel does not understand that life happens and they said they have an "iron-clad" reservation policy not allowing for kindness and understanding. As for "Matt", what kind of manager are you that you are never there and instead of calling me yourself, you have your people do your dirty work. That is called cowardly!

This place could be a million times better if whoever owns it utilized it properly. The bar area is nice, but the bartenders for whatever reason are always new and seem to be new to bartending as well, and that's OK. What's not OK is who's teaching them? Who's showing them the ropes? Apparently nobody. The beers aren't cold on tap, the Guinness is always flat, the live entertainment when it comes is pathetic..... come on. The food is actually pretty good, so at least the chef knows what he's doing. This place could be lucrative for the owner and also a great little hang out for the area if they just got it together.

The hotel is great and the bar/restaurant has a great atmosphere. I came with my family & Erika (the bar/restaurant manager) is awesome. She runs a great bar and the staff is so friendly. We can't wait to go back!!
