I’ve been to this location many times, my order often comes wrong. The seating area is dirty, and the last time I was there there was water dripping from the ceiling and leaking on the floor in multiple places. Lastly the bagels are very small compared to other local bagel shops that are not part of a chain like LIBC

I Bought two dozen bagels and drove them to Williamstown Ma. After giving them away minus my 2 bagels everybody was like “where did you get those?!” So I’d like to order 5 dozen more. Could you drive em up? It’s only 3.5 hours away. Ty!

i have ordered from this place about 15 times and every time they manage to mess up my order. It’s either the wrong bagel or not toasted or when i ask for ice tea and they give me a black coffee. I really like long island bagel cafes but long beach has the worst one by far.
Imagine waiting 35 minutes for 2 wraps, that were made incorrectly, and when you advised the people checking you out, instead of being accountable and understanding, they said, well we’re busy. They are extremely understaffed, with rude people, who don’t understand how to make simple wraps. We requested a wrap with thinly sliced turkey, and instead, the turkey looked like it was served on thanksgiving. Extremely poor customer service, awful attitude. If you want overpriced food that requires a very long wait and when you get your food it’s incorrect, by all means, go for it.

To die for!!! This is where the locals go. It was everything we wanted. The best bagels 🥯 and so many other options, in case egg ham cheese on everything bagel is not your thing. The cold refrigerator offerings looked fantastic; too bad i was only there for breakfast. Clean! And the staff are super cool! Loved this place. If I’m ever back in the area i will go back.

Some friends and I did a bike ride from Brooklyn to Point Lookout. On our way back home, we stopped at Long Island Bagel Cafe to rest and refuel. This was my first time eating here, so I did not know what to expect, but I did like the location. There was a huge parking lot, some bike parking and an outside seating area.
Upon entering the store, there was LOTS of food items to select from as well. My only issue is that many items did not have prices on them and we all know that we can safely agree that when prices are NOT on items, they are usually expensive. LOL.
There were long lines but they moved quickly. There were lots of registers with attentive and fast-moving staff taking countless orders with precision and care. It took me a little while to decide on what I wanted but when I did, my order was taken with attention and care.
I wont lie, when I was told the total price of everything that I ordered, I thought there was an error made. The price was EXTREMELY high for what I had, so for that alone, I was not too happy, to be honest. But, it is what it is…
The sandwich that I ordered was actually really good as well as the fruit cup and electrolyte drink. I was still baffled at the total price of those three items, but, the deliciousness of the sandwich took my mind off of that.
I did use the restroom and it was really clean, as was the entire store and its outside space. Overall, this store gets a high rating; friendly and great customer service, lots of options to choose from and a great environment. My only suggestion is the put prices on items so that customers are aware in advance and can choose items with more confidence because they know the price.

By far some of the best bagels anywhere in the Long Island area, the breakfast sandwiches are just as good about any other four or five star Deli gave us exactly what we asked for love that they open early early coffee is decent deli coffee plenty of varieties of drinks and other foods the kids love the giant bagels the rainbow especially keep up the great work. See you on our next vacation.
