While service and attention to the customer is great, Bagels are ok-ish, but nothing too exciting.Cannot recommend their cookies, which were half-baked , smelled like cookie-dough, and unfortunately were not eatable, see pics.

We ordered 2 bagels and 2 coffees and our orders were taken quickly and delivered to us quickly. I was very impressed considering it was Thanksgiving morning and they were packed! This is a great business!

No over the phone orders. Online ordering is the same as door dash. Can’t make your own sandwich the way you want it. Not a great look.

Be prepared to wait in line but WORTH IT. Everything bagel is fluffy and fresh. Salads are on point. I recommend an egg everything bagel with lox and fixings.

The food is good the quality and very tasty. Unfortunately, they don’t have enough help to keep up with the demand and when you order something rarely comes back the way you ordered it and it takes forever to get an order put in. I just walked out of the place because there was a line out the door and the same people that screwed up my order a couple days before are the only ones working there. I’m not saying skip the place. I’m saying the help needs a lot of work better off from the place of slow, you’ll get better food.
