Love eating at this establishment and dealing with the employees. Down fall is they allow kids to hangout there and have been made to feel uncomfortable at the eating establishment. I believe kids shouldn’t be hanging out screaming at a place of business. I stay away from the establishment during the weekends. Usually quiet during week morning to afternoon and is peaceful setting. Again the management and employees are beyond kind and welcoming

This is the worst McDonalds in the area. Every single time that I have ordered Uber delivery from this McDonalds, the order is wrong and it’s usually a large item missing from the order. 2 orders of nuggets and a double quarter pounder, how can you forget to put the burger in the bag. This has continued for years, to the point that it’s almost laughable. I only blame management. The McDonalds in Oceanside is a 100 times better than this one in Long Beach. Service, accuracy, quality of food, every category. Do better Long Beach!

Walked into McDonald’s against my better judgment—a moment of weakness, perhaps even curiosity. The air was heavy with fryer oil and faded ambition. I, a man of discerning taste and a palate that has dined on dry-aged wagyu, saffron risottos, and Neapolitan pizzas kissed by volcanic stone, stood in line behind someone ordering 40 McNuggets.
The food? Uninspired. The fries were a flaccid imitation of their former glory, the burger a soggy manifesto on processed despair. It offended every molecule of culinary snobbery in me. My taste buds wept in French.
But then, there was Naeema. A rare light in this gastronomic purgatory. Warm smile, sharp efficiency, and a kindness that felt wholly out of place—like finding a pearl in a packet of ketchup. She deserves more than this grease-slicked circus. She deserves a sommelier’s respect.
Naeema, 5 stars. The food? Let’s not talk about it.
This is the worst McDonald's I've been through. Had to wait like 20 min in the drive-thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. According to them, the coffee was just freshly made. However, it came cold and with no taste to anything, not even sweet. The fries were also cold and soggy. Definitely, this is by far the worst Macdonalds in the city.

I saw snot on a napkin on one of the tables. There was also food all over that table too. I cant lie the food is good but the place needs a do over as well as the workers they take too long to get one fry and that says a lot.
