So good. So tasty. You know that feeling when you open the container and it looks amazing and smells amazing. Rare indeed. But the Chicken and Broccoli combo meal was all that and more. Super fresh, quality food. Delicious ?I used to order from here all the time. Changed what I ate. Now I'm back in a big way?

Takeout was piping hot. They accommodated a special request and I was very pleased that the food was not salty. My vegetable dish was very crunchy and prepared well.Vegetarian options: I ordered the broccoli, green beans and Chinese eggplant with a fried tofu add-in. Will definitely be ordering again.

Honestly surprised the reviews aren't a bit better. We like the lo mein, hunan chicken, veggie dishes, and red curry shrimp. It's not fancy and, yes the interior is dated, but the food is solid, inexpensive, and always ready quick. A good takeout

My philosophy on take out Chinese food is that you should order from the joint that's closest to you. Panda Garden happens to be that spot. Delivery is always fast. We've tried several places in LB and Oceanside and nothing is really worth traveling to. These guys are at least consistent. Couple of hiccups along the way, but it's our go to. Classic egg foo yung and fried rice are good. Ribs are tasty. Spicy Chicken and eggplant is a good choice too. Egg rolls contain both pork and shrimp. Damn your allergies!!

When I look for some regular traditional Chinese takeout and nothing hybrid or overpriced, Panda Garden definitely comes through. I usually order delivery, and the woman on the phone is always pleasant and never seems rushed as we all know many take out places can seem. I've picked up from there in the past and do see that they have ample seating-more than a smaller takeout place would have. The food itself has always been good, and my regular selections have been wonton soup, spare ribs (with the bone), sesame chicken, shrimp with lobster sauce, and fried chicken wings. Their pork fried rice is also good. Solid altogether if you are in the mood for Chinese.

Really great fried veggies rice

The food is subpar and the prices are ridiculous. $16 for a tiny "large" portion of ribs and the rice now tastes like plastic. What a shame. Used to be my favorite in long beach

Good tasting food, quality ingredients, prompt delivery

Quality of food was not good-grease and to find chicken and vegetables need reading glasses

Best Chinese food in Long Beach! They are very friendly and always make my order exactly how I request it. Quick delivery also.
I ordered the sesame chicken. It was mostly batter, and barely any chicken. It was chewy. I had to throw most of it in the garbage.

We'll we loved Panda Garden until tonight.... Long black hair in one of our entrees. Time to find a new Chinese take out!

This is one of my favorite go to Chinese restaurants. They always get my order correct and their food is delicious. I feel like so many Chinese restaurants use too much sauce and soak everything in soy sauce but not panda garden. They're always very friendly as well and give great customer service. I'm happy they're not far away :-)

New here in LB and just ordered from Panda Garden. I'm pretty picky with my chinese food since my old place was so good. Panda Garden was excellent. The food tasted amazing and was better than I expected. I'm definitely pleased and will go back. Just for reference I ordered pork fried rice, vegetables in brown sauce, and General Tso Chicken. Everything was great and the order was ready quickly. My only knock is, comparatively speaking, the price was higher than most places. For quality good tasting food in my opinion it is worth it.

I cannot recommend Panda Garden , even though my husband's shrimp dumplings and tofu vegetable soup were good. However, my dinner was misstated. The menu said sautéed baby bok Choi. I asked to have shiitake mushrooms added and brown sauce. We were called to say they didn't have black mushrooms; I agreed to substitute fresh mushrooms. Well, what arrived was not BABY bok Choi with mushrooms AND NO brown sauce. It was mostly the bottoms of large bok Choi, a few over cooked tops , mushrooms and that was it. Bland as could be. I ate some and threw out the rest. Total waste of money.
