As someone who has lived in Italy for years I can reassure you this ice cream has nothing to do with Italy! I took 2 scoops - one watermelon and one passion fruit. Watermelon tasted so artificial and so sugary and had a strong artificial color. I couldn’t eat it and had to toss it in the trash. Passion fruit was better but I don’t think I’ll ever buy from this store again.

I went to Ralph’s for some Italian ice, only to find them CLOSED well before their posted hours! What’s the point of having hours if you don’t stick to them? Wasted my time driving over there for nothing. Get your act together and stay open when you say you will, or don’t bother posting hours at all. Absolutely unacceptable!

Ive been coming here for years and I always get a great experience. The ices and ice cream and over the top fantastic.
Workers were friendly and ice cream was exellent

Slow service, have left more than once.
8/24/21: late dinner with friends...we decide to grab some ice cream. Good idea? Wrong. Might have been too late for the staff on shift. I couldn't get a milk shake or chocolate dipped soft ice cream. Opted for a cup of ice cream.. it was explained to me....too late. Place opened till midnight. The laziest staff ever. We won't be going back there.
Their ice are absolutely yummy!! Had ?, Caribbean splash and bubble gum (with real gum).

In addition to Italian Ices , this shop has shakes , hard and soft ice cream and various kinds of ice cream "creations". The ice cream is great . Its takeout only now -give your self a few extra minutes to catch your train (its right across from the LIRR station) as there often is a long line.
