If you want something from here, I would recommend using the mobile app and just picking up your order without having to be treated badly and rude by their employees for not giving them a tip they clearly don't deserve.

Worst Starbucks ever.
Made me wait almost an hour for just two cups of coffee. We kept asking where our order was, but no one helped us. They only asked for our name and order, then left us waiting for nothing. Then one of the employees said, “Maybe someone took your drinks?” Seriously? We were standing right in front of the pickup area the entire time after paying!
Turns out the cashier didn’t even print the order, which is why it never came out.
No one apologized. Then another staff member the one with curly hair, who clearly had no idea what was going on —said it was just a busy day, so we had to wait. Excuse me, but not for an hour! Why don’t you double-check where the problem is before yapping?

I have been here almost all of opening hours the last two days. I can say that this location has the worst customer service I have witnessed from a Starbucks in that they are rude and reluctant to correct or modify orders. Customers expect that staff will be happy to help. That isn't the case here.

Sunday afternoon, I stopped by this location and had one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had. The cashier was unhelpful and borderline rude. I asked for an Iced Cappuccino with oat milk, and she flat out told me, “We don’t make that here and I can’t even ring that up.” No offer to help, no suggestions just attitude. So I asked for an Iced Doppio instead.
Of course, the barista messed up the order and used half & half instead of oat milk. I tried to get his attention he clearly heard me and completely ignored me. He saw me calling him and turned his back on me. I went back to the cashier, and she also pretended I wasn’t standing right there.
To top it off, when I reminded her it’s called an Iced Doppio, she smugly replied, “Well maybe you should remember next time.”
Seriously, I’ve never been to a Starbucks where the staff was this dismissive and unprofessional. Way to go, Starbucks. I hope the cameras can help.

I originally came in here to get my friend’s mobile order and when I asked for another small cup of water, I was asked by a partner named Cara if I had “ordered something?”
As an ex-partner, we never charged anyone for water or ice as it costs nothing. When I asked for the first cup of water, the other partner gave it to me with no issue. As we were near a beach, lots of people wanted to get free ice water and those that did before me did not get questioned.

It’s 6 am & if you don’t like your job you shouldn’t be the face of the window every morning ! Ever since this Starbucks moved to the new location EVERYONE is RUDE ALWAYS HAS A MEAN MUG on !!!!!!!! It makes me want to throw my coffee in their face actually! I will go back to island park they are SO NICE !!!!!!!!!!!! Long Beach good luck with that tough crowd! & my DRINK WAS INSANELY HORRIBLE NO Exaggeration

It's a new Star Bucks. Unfortunately, the bathroom was a mess. The main restaurant was nice. Many areas to sit. I ordered a black iced coffee. Didn't take my name and took a while to get it. I was not rushed out.

This is the absolute worst Starbucks in all of Long Island. Maybe even New York. This is the fifth time that they have messed up my order I have tried to call and I have never been given a proper response. I have been hung up on I have been refused to give the regional managers phone number, it’s just a bad operation when I had asked somebody picked up the phone and told me if I wanted it I can Google it another person named John told me that I need to speak slower and then when I spoke slower, he told me I needed to be respectful What is really going on? Please get rid of all these employees and start over. This is the absolute worst!

What happened....they moved across the street and forgot how to make coffee, consistently mess up my drink. Place is incredibly filthy and wait times are through the roof. Initially gave them the benefit of the doubt. Thinking because it just opened, but now have been here several times over the past few months and nothing has changed.

So I’m not really sure what’s up with this Starbucks, but this is the third time my order is undrinkable. I don’t like confrontation and I don’t like to complain, and I keep trying to give it another chance since it’s the only Starbucks in Long Beach, but the drinks are always made incorrectly, and they always taste really really weird. I’m not sure what’s going on here, but I think management needs to do some training check ins. I don’t think staff knows what they’re doing.
