Ruben at the new location has terrible customer service skills. I ordered at the drive-through and when I went to the pick up window, he did not say one word to me. I said hello and smiled at him. He did not say anything back to me and when he handed me the $7 drink he did not say anything like thank you or have a good day. He did not say one word during the face-to-face interaction. It was an extremely awkward and very rude encounter with Ruben.

This place is disgusting. Brand new location that they just moved into and there is nothing good about this place. They clearly do not have enough employees working. The cashier told us there would be a 30 minute wait to get our drinks. After finally getting our food and went to go sit down, every single table was absolutely filthy and looks like it was never cleaned. After eating, we go to throw out our trash and the garbage can was completely filled to the top and was leaking coffee at the bottom. Such a terrible experience for a new establishment. I would rather drive the extra 5 minutes to island park and have a much more pleasant experience. Safe to say I will not being going back to this location.

This starbucks recently relocated in long beach, ny. Next to the stop and shop, to across the street from it. Very bad experience today. This is my 3rd time here but TODAY, I don't know what was up with these young ones that work here. Rude and unprofessional. STARBUCKS, if you're going to hire kids/young adults, please make sure they're mentally ready to have a job. I walked out of there, not happy.

Not only did she make my drink wrong twice, but she had the nerve to give me an attitude when I tried to correct her. I asked her for a refund and she refused.Starbucks blatantly stole my money… And I plan on taking it to the full extent of the law.

Biggest joke ever. Drive through “workers” and do the simple task of getting an order right. If you can’t handle your job… I strangely suggest going back to college to get a new one. Girl at the window made my drink wrong twice, and then had the audacity to give me an attitude over her mistake. Will certainly be calling corporate to make sure she is never employed again.

I miss the old starbucks location!! The new location is so small and the wifi doesn’t even work (it “connects” but doesn’t actually load the starbucks connect webpage so you’re actually on network.) Other than that, the staff themselves are great and very nice

I’m from Boston. Stopped for a coffee but wanted to use the restroom first. Their reaction was that I could not use the restroom if I don’t make a purchase. Never had this treatment in MAS… I have family here in NY and will never stop here. Horrible staff

I have no words. Their staff could be more considerate of each other. I'm over the dopeheads getting high in the bathroom, and the teenagers running amok. The reason there are any stars is because there are a few employees that make it worth the hassle.

This Starbucks is one of the best options in Long Beach for remote working with a laptop, with access to reliable wifi, power outlets, restroom and coffee refills.The staff here are very friendly and they are the highlight of this Starbucks!This location would really benefit from a facelift and a deep clean. It often feels very overwhelmed, sticky, it can smell unclean, and the restroom is in very bad shape and always dirty.A corporate investment in touching up paint/decor/updating the furniture, along with a professional deep clean and a bathroom renovation would genuinely make a huge difference for the Long Beach community and would give the awesome staff a better environment to serve out of.To the staff, thank you for what you do!
Parking: Two hour parking limit, can be difficult to find a spot during peak periods.
