I miss the old starbucks location!! The new location is so small and the wifi doesn’t even work (it “connects” but doesn’t actually load the starbucks connect webpage so you’re actually on network.) Other than that, the staff themselves are great and very nice
I have no words. Their staff could be more considerate of each other. I'm over the dopeheads getting high in the bathroom, and the teenagers running amok. The reason there are any stars is because there are a few employees that make it worth the hassle.
This Starbucks is one of the best options in Long Beach for remote working with a laptop, with access to reliable wifi, power outlets, restroom and coffee refills.The staff here are very friendly and they are the highlight of this Starbucks!This location would really benefit from a facelift and a deep clean. It often feels very overwhelmed, sticky, it can smell unclean, and the restroom is in very bad shape and always dirty.A corporate investment in touching up paint/decor/updating...
