I had an awful experience this morning I was trying to ask that lady that was in drive thru about a matcha drink and she acted plain ignorant like she didn’t know what I was asking making me feel dumb and with an attitude looking at me as if I didn’t belong there. Will never step a foot anywhere this Starbucks again to deal with prejudice people. While all along I was trying to purchase more.

I've been going to this location for a decade and never ceases to amaze me how the service could decline every year but this location remains open. Staff sitting at tables meant for customers while every other table is taken, staff at drive thru can't take an order without messing something up, no food order comes with napkins unless you ask. Just on unpleasant and over priced experience every time.

Service is good, music reminds me of kohl's, atmosphere is quiet, colored hair will do that to you. No police action when you pull the shades down on your own.
Everytime I am here- there are so rude. Never had this problem at any other SBUX. As a traveler- will recommend getting coffee on the other side of the bridge.

Walked into Starbucks for the first time this year. I ordered a simple “Bacon, Egg, and Cheese”, only to be met with a passive aggressive glare from the barista with purple hair. The moment I dared to ask, “What’s the Gouda?” a completely reasonable question, mind you, they let out a condescending chuckle, as if I’d just asked if coffee comes from cows. Apparently, ignorance of their pretentious menu is a crime, and I was now the punchline to their inside joke. Never again. Why can’t we all try to be nice to people who don’t frequent Starbucks and I thought Starbucks was suppose to provide a good experience for all.
