They took FOREVER to take our order as we stood patiently at the register… only customers in store ordering. I understand the drive thru can be very busy but they just ignored us. And then when asked, we told them we needed to order and they kept going on with whatever they were doing. You also can’t use the Taco Bell app there or to order ahead. Food tool forever to come out. Store needs to be cleaned. Won’t return here ever.

This place up charges a few dollars across the menu from the standard menu everywhere else. Not only is it more money, but the food sucks. When I got home and looked at everything, it was burnt, small dry pieces of chicken. Plus, the people working there are very rude. One time, I ordered and waited and waited, and everyone else after me got their food and not me. It was 2 tacos. I asked how much longer, and they said they didn't make it and I could get a refund. Skip this place. There are many other places to eat in LB, IP, and Oceanside.

It’s impossible to mess up as much as this Taco Bell does. 80% of the time I only get half my order. If order on DoorDash they mess up my order 100% of the time. Management clearly can’t do the job as this has been an issue for over a year and has only gotten worst. The staff either don’t care or are incompetent, probably both.

Got my entire order wrong and also let me order a freeze without telling me they don't have them at this location and just gave me a regular Baja blast. Asked for no ice in my Sprite and wouldn't ya know it, it had ice. He asked me what kind of chalupas I wanted and still have me beef even though I said chicken and also gave me a hard taco after I asked for a soft one. Save yourself the trouble and go the one in Oceanside.
