Went for the Halloween event. Extremely terrible service. Took us over 3 hours to eat dinner (for 2). Staff was friendly though. Barely any entertainment, actors walked around to take pictures. It’s mostly for the decor. Seats were extremely close together. Food was bar quality. $80 per person (fixed menu+gratuity)

To clarify, this is solely for the "Nightmare on Beech Street" experience. Honestly was really disappointed in this. We went here for Halloween and the decorations/actors were okay but it felt like a total bait and switch from the way this event is advertised. The food was super simple, nothing spooky or Halloween themed like it's presented online. Since this is pre-paid the servers don't really attempt to cater to your needs. We had to wait quite a while for our food, the food was okay but nothing special, and nobody refilled our waters or came over to check on us. The app options were wings, coconut shrimp, a flatbread, and a few other things. Then you picked from a few options for your entrée, either a burger or some other sandwiches/wraps. Again, very basic. Lastly, dessert consisted of a cheesecake and a chocolate brain(?) with wrapped candy underneath. It just felt so underwhelming for the way this is advertised. You also get one mixed drink with your order, which aside from the names had nothing spooky about them. The characters were good and did their job. They would come over and scare you..but there were only 2 or 3 characters walking around so it got old quickly. Truthfully, after being charged $60 per person, plus 20% gratuity, tax, and a service fee..I expected this to be a lot better than it was. I was so excited to attend and thought actual Halloween night would be the perfect time but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Save yourself the trip..and the $160 per couple..and go out to a nice dinner elsewhere.

Booked the Nightmare on Beech Street for my sons Birthday. Overall it was a great time!! When we got there they were behind which is understandable, but when we checked in we asked approximately how behind and the girl at the front told us she didn't know. We wound up being seated approximately an hour after our reservation time. The decor inside was great!! The Manager, I believe his name was Tom, was awesome!! We had a few little hiccups with our meal and Tom jumped right on it and took care of it. I would definitely return. The only thing I would say to enhance the experience is to up the game on the actors to be a little more "scary" around the dining room.

Here is an honest review of what to expect: The decorations are nice and create a cute spooky atmosphere. The food is good but it is bar food and the cocktails are absolutely terrible (me and my boyfriend tried 4 and we didn't like any of them). The actors were fun, especially the clown, but would I pay $82 per person to come here again? absolutely not. We waited about an hour and a half after finishing our dinner to get our desert and I don't think it would have ever been brought out if I didn't ask a staff member because our waitress disappeared and it was just dark chocolate with some tootsie roles inside and store bought miniature cannolis. The tables were VERY close together to the point where you couldn't get up without banging into someone. Overall the service and experience was very cheap and maybe worth $40 per person max. The only part of the night that we really enjoyed was the palm reader there that was really good and charged an affordable price ($10) But everything else needed much improvement for the price, especially the service.

We came back this year for the nightmare on beech street haunted dining experience but we did not enjoy ourselves. I had called to say I was running a few minutes late due to traffic and the man mike on the phone said it was no problem. Upon arriving and checking in for our reservation the hostess was very nasty and said “ I don't have a phone here it's across the street so nobody told me. I don't have a table ready for you so you can go somewhere else and wait until we text you it's ready” . I told her I didn't understand why we didn't have a table ready and it seemed a few other people who came in we're told the same thing but we were not given an explanation. When we finally got seated over an hour of waiting it took 45 minutes to get drinks another 45 minutes before anyone took our order. Our waitress disappeared and someone took over but she never once came to check on us. It took a half hour to get water I asked for and only got it because the lady in the clown suit asked if everything was ok and she brought it to us. The service was horrible and the food didn't taste great either. I was extremely disappointed that spending all that money and pre paying that we didn't have a great experience. I don't know if I'll want to return again next year or even for Christmas. I will fight to try and get a refund.

simple menu not worth the $75 per this includes gratuity and service fee. I expected entertainment worth the fee, it was not. One person changing customs coming to table that was it. No music , lots of light, not scary.

Everything was great. Actors were amazing and ambiance was great! Only negative was that the service was slow. Apps came out before we received our first round of drinks and it was not busy

Unfortunately the experience my boyfriend and I had at the Haunted Beech House was very disappointing. We had reservations for 8:30p, when we arrived we were told that they are running behind, due to the fact that they started late & our table wasn't available yet. The hostess instructed us to hang out at the bar a few doors down until our table was ready. We were then notified an hr & 1/2 later @ 10p that the table is ready. Once we were seated, shortly after we placed our order, drinks, appetizers & entree. The appetizers were brought out about 30mins after. The waitress came to us at 11p to confirm our entree order and said it would be out shortly. By this time were ready to go, and told her to just bring it to go. Once we went home and opened up the containers, we were extremely frustrated because, not only were the orders totally different from what we ordered but it wasn't even something that we liked.. So to some sum up the night, we paid $163 for reservations and a prefixed menu.. to wait almost 2 hrs for a table and to get food that we didn't order or like. The only decent thing about the Haunted Beech House was the decor and the individuals in costumes. It was all a waste of money & time, & to be honest we deserve a full refund...

First the reservation was delayed by 35 minutes. Then they sat us in a crowded section which we could barely move to get into our seats. I mean jammed packed. The waiter came over 30 minutes after seated and poured us water into plastic cups. The water was cloudy. Appetizers came and the food was over cooked and dry. Mac and cheese and popcorn shrimp. We ordered the entrees. 1 hour later and still no food. Then they delivered one meal to our table and surprise the wrong entree. Table next to us was seated nearly an hour after us and they were be served entrees. Hence to say we left before we received out final entree or dessert and tried to tell the lady who originally sat us but she was rude and said well you already paid in advance. We got pizza next store though and it was actually really good. Do not recommend. They could not handle the crowd and I'm sure the fire Marshall would not allow the amount of people jammed packed into this place.

My friend and I went for Halloween theme drinks and food. We had to make reservations about 81$ per person. You're forced to pay gratitude when you reserve. You are not refunded for cancellations. And any of this wouldn't have been a problem if we found it worth it. We drove 45 minutes from Long Island, did not have friendly encounter with the girl in charge of seating/ reservations. Basically a hole in the wall bar with some Halloween decor thrown up and the staff is slightly dressed up/ painted. It's not worth 81$ a person. Very misleading advertisement. Very limited food options and drinks.

We made reservations for “Nightmare on Beech Street”. We had a server come over and introduce himself and was going to come back to take our drink orders. He never came back...a girl came and took our drink order. We waited over 20min before she came to take our drink order again as if she never came over the first time. We put drink orders in again and she came back with 2 drinks that no one at the table ordered. When we said we didn't want them her response was “well just take them, they are free with the prefixed menu.” And walked away. She came back a few minutes later with a 3rd drink that was not ordered by our table and again said “just take it, you won't be charged for it.” We had to give her our entree order twice and we ended up with one wrong order and show how had an extra entree which again she said “just take it. Wrap it up and bring it home, you're not paying for it.” There was a man who had come over a couple times as well, with our correct drink order and to ask how everything was. The food was delicious, the staff dressed up was great and the atmosphere was good. The waitress really threw the whole experience off. She seemed very drunk and possibly on some kind of uppers. She would be trying to take orders but then be dancing in the middle of the place seemingly in her own little world. She just didn't seem like she worked there. Maybe she doesn't and she was there to help out? She mentioned that was hired to do hulas hoops. I will be back again, but after this season is over.

Was supposed to be horror themed dinner with spooky themed food. It was regular diner food, service was extremely slow, overcrowded and way overpriced priced at $80. Do not recommended.

We made a reservation through OpenTable for 7:30 on a Saturday night, drove 45 minutes to the restaurant, spent another 15 minutes looking for a parking space, only to find that the restaurant was closed.

We had an incredible experience at The Beach House. Everything from the food to the ambience to the service was 10/10. We essentially licked every plate clean but especially loved the octopus dish! We cannot wait to visit again
