We really wanted to like this place because the host who answered my call and greeted us at the door was so kind. Unfortunately, the food and drinks are terrible. I ordered a mango margarita that tasted like lime juice. I did ask to add more mango and it came back tasting the same. I ordered the jerk chicken and it was bland and undercooked and drenched in some sort of bbq sauce. I hate sending things back and I had already sent the drink back so I just brought it home to cook...
The Bungalow is our favorite local restaurant! You can't go wrong with any dish, they have fun, seasonal drinks & they're great with kids. Service is always excellent.
A great local spot to go and grab a bite and drink after the beach or a long day at work (Great for breakfast as well) Friendly staff and wide variety of food options. If visiting from out of town Bungalow East is definitely a good option for a relaxed low key atmosphere
