Great sea food (not a restaurant) place. Leave your ego outside before you enter here b/c it’s an ego free business. Find a table to sit. Choose your fish and give it to the person at the register, tell him how you want it to be cooked and don't expect anything else. This is NOT a restaurant. it's a FISH MARKET with some tables.

This place is a scene. Do not come here if you’re expecting a relaxing environment. It’s hectic, there is loud music and a ton of people around you. That being said if you come in w the right attitude the place is amazing. Pick your own fish, choose how they cook it, and everything tastes great. Highly recommend. Such a blast.

Chaotic and not organized. Went there and none was there to give us instructions on what to do. We picked out the fish and paid, went outside to stand for over an hour for a table. It was our turn to be seated and someone else sat there and refused to get up. Waiter was angry and we had to wait for another 30 minutes to be seated. Finally sat down and had to wait for them to cook our order which is another 40 or so minutes. Fish came out drowned in olive oil with no spices at all. Octopus was chewy because it was undercooked. The best part was the grilled shrimp. Never again will we go to this establishment

Amazing restaurant, easily one of my favorite places to eat! The service and hospitality were great from when we first entered the restaurant to when we left. Staff is attentive and very friendly. It was never hard to get ahold of an employee. The food was incredibly fresh and deliciously prepared. You get to pick from a large variety of seafood right in the store, weigh it, and then choose how you would want it prepared - fried, grilled, sauces (white or red). I LOVED all the seafood ordered to the table - fried stripped bass, fried calamari, grilled shrimp, and grilled scallops. Everything was cooked perfectly. For example, the calamari had just the right amount of breading. There’s also so many sides to pick. We chose lemon potatoes, which were my favorite side and the right amount of tarty from the lemons, roasted potatoes, greek salad, and roasted corn. The place is BYOB!! Definitely bring drinks for an even better time. Restaurant only does walk ins and could get very busy for dinners and weekends, but so worth the wait. You can also buy the seafood fresh and cook it at home, which is awesome! Not the fanciest of restaurants but the vibes are amazing nonetheless. Also, complementary bread!! Great food, service, vibes, and BYOB what more could you ask for!Vegetarian options: If you’re pescatarian, a phenomenal place for you. So much fresh seafood to choose!

Best seafood in town hands down. But you have to get used to the chaotic nature of the service .it really grows on you, and the food, my god it’s amazing.

It’s very informal. The food is great. My only issue was eating with cheap plastic utensils.

The hospitality here was amazing and the food was cooked quickly and very well. You choose your seafood, pay and get a table. They’ll bring the items, and you tell them how you want everything cooked. We brought our own wine and were offered a bucket of ice to put it in, and they always checked our table to clear empty plates or see if we needed anything else. You can pay with card but I’d suggest bringing cash for tip.

First things first: Judge the place based on their process and their food concept. So, the idea is the freshest seafood, cooked to your specifications while you wait. You can bring your own bottle [of alcohol] (BYOB) and they have more sides than you'll ever need to complement your main seafood selections. The decor should be judged like you would a fish market. That's kind of what this place is, an elevated, higher-level-of-service fish market. The place can get really crowded during the winter during the dinner rush. You may find that a lot of people could be standing or passing by your table as you eat. It's not ideal but again, this is not your conventional, compartmentalized restaurant. So don't treat it that way.I recall having clams, calamari, scallops and some whiting, among other things. It came out hot right to my table. The waitstaff and busboys do not mess around. They deliver and clear down VERY quickly, which is to be expected when space is at a premium. I recommend bringing in some chilled white wine or light beer to pair with your meal. I would also note here that it is VERY easy to order too much food. We ordered close to the right amount but didn't finish.Bottom Line: Don't treat this like a conventional seated dinner at a fancy restaurant. Leave any pretentiousness at home. Bring your expectations into line with the concept they are clearly executing at a high level and you'll leave happy. For the best experience, I suggest going during the warm weather months. Sit outside, pop open a bottle of wine and enjoy the freshest seafood meal you could ever have!Parking: Get to the vicinity early. Street parking is a little bit of work.

One word, chaotic! Went on a Friday afternoon and it was busy, servers were going back and forth trying to get the orders out correctly. Some people were attended to right away and received their beverages/salad in the beginning. We had to keep checking and asking the waiters for what we ordered. Overall the fried calamari was the best, never received any marinara sauce. Fried shrimp were okay, and the bake clams still had some sand on them. We dined outside because the noise inside the restaurant was madness. I guess if you don’t mind that atmosphere, then this is the place for you.
