They get half of the order correct half of the time and then wanna fight you on it when you bring it up. Over this place.
I called about not having my shake as chocolate as requested and you can see the extra charge. I was ensured by Jackie that the chocolate sauce was added( I guess I’m color and shade blind) I also requested utensils. I believe my shake was given to someone else along with my Utensils. All I wanted was the refund for the fee since I didn’t get my complete order.
Neither picture shows any evidence of having the chocolate sauce added. But the charge for it is surely there.
Update
I also used the QR code on the receipt to inform the store what happened. This was their response:
Hi Kimberly,
We just spoke on the phone. I’m glad we were able to clear out your concern. Rest assured the shake was made with chocolate sauce. Have a great rest of your day!

Catalina was the best! Perfect service !
Love the customer service vibe was good the host was top tier
This place was highly recommended to us. We were there around lunch time and the place was dead. We waited over an hour for our food. Considering when we ordered we were the only ones in the restaurant, an hour is completely unacceptable. We had to ask how much longer our food would take. She offered to put it into to go boxes, but we had a flight to catch so no. We had to scarf down our food in order to make a flight. If you have that kind of time, maybe this place is for you as the food was good, but service is horrendous.
Nice afternoon lunch with family - not crowded - good service
The fried chicken salads are good. Also, one time I was waiting for my order and the guy at the front gave me a free cup of milkshake. V nice of them.

Don’t eat here with kids or allergies!
We came here because Bareburger is known for their detailed, meticulous, allergy menus. We ordered egg-free buns and lactose free cheese, confirmed verbally with the waiter several times, and they brought us normal burgers 35 minute later.
Thankfully we noticed 2 bites into the burger and stopped our toddler from having more of the burger as he is severely allergic to eggs. The waiter asked the manager to come. They apologized, comp’t the meal, and offered to pay medical bills. However, as any parent or people with allergies know, it’s no use apologizing after such things happen and I just don’t want this to happen to other families.
The toddler with severe egg allergy is thankfully fine. I personally got sick for 2 days from eating the lactose cheese.
Besides missing out allergy notes, it seems the restaurant is prioritizing the take out business and neglecting the restaurant. Only 1 staff was tasked to run the entire restaurant, including waiting, hosting, and bartending. It’s no surprise that the allergy notes were ignored.
We waited 35 minute for the food, didn’t complain because they were clearly understaffed, but it’s not acceptable to ignore allergy notes when you advertise this allergy menu. Please staff your restaurant.

TL;DR: restaurant gave us food we were allergic to despite warning kitchen of allergy
We visited this location the evening of Oct 22nd. We explained before ordering that our son is allergic to eggs and the server made sure that his allergy was marked for the kitchen. We carefully reviewed their allergy information and made sure to only select items that don’t contain eggs, including a potato bun for his burger.
Unfortunately, when our food was served our son’s burger was on a brioche bun (which contains eggs). He took several bites before we realized the mistake and spent the rest of the night anxiously watching him, epipen in hand, to see if we’d need to call an ambulance.
To the restaurant’s credit, they were extremely apologetic when we brought the mistake to their attention. The manager assured us that they would be retraining the kitchen and even offered to cover the cost of any medical treatment we might need.
While I trust that the restaurant is taking this incident seriously, I’d strongly caution anyone with allergies against eating here.

Perfectly fine food but unconscionably staffed restaurant. This low review is a reflection of corporate/management NOT the individual employees.
On a busy Saturday night there was one employee working front of house (seating guests, taking orders, getting drinks aka bartending, serving food - SO MANY JOBS) and they were doing an amazing job given the circumstances. We were there for 2+ hours and had only received our food minutes before leaving. We actually had to take much of it to go in order to get h at a decent time. I was hoping this was a weird evening where perhaps several people called in sick but I had to return the following evening to pick up something I accidentally left behind and saw a very similar situation - one employee responsible for entire front of restaurant and customers waiting. Hard to imagine the employees get a break under these circumstances and if you’re eating here, do not plan for a quick meal. Yikes!! What a poorly run establishment - with so many other places in the area, I suggest you go elsewhere.
Had a milkshake to go. Tasted excellent ?
the spicy bacon chicken is served with dark meat, if you’re interested. Pretty basic meal
