Really great service. Food was delicious. Fries were perfect. Cider to the train and a clean bathroom. They have indoor and comfortable and warm outdoor seating. Extensive menu but not overwhelming.

I’ve never been to a Bareburger before so I went to this burger spot with some co workers one night because we were feeling burgers and heard that this chain was very good. So we all decided to go and have our dinner there and lemme tell ya, the burgers are amazing. Our server was super duper nice (I forget her name but she’s Filipino with glasses) so kudos to her! She gave us tasty popcorn and even offered us if we wanted to take some to go. Overall, not only the food was good, was the service and the atmosphere was great. It was a nice chill place to eat and chill. Would come back again.

Ordered a burger in person a few days after placing an UberEats order. Asked counter person for the burger I ordered online. I told him I wanted what I ordered online, it comes with the sauce (the standard). He proceeds to ask me what I want on the burger, this was my first time ever ordering in person, and only my second time ordering there. I list everything that is on "The Standard."I Didn't have my glasses so I had trouble viewing the menu.I asked what's the difference between what he's charging me for and "The Standard," he literally ignored my question (I was the only customer there). He charges me and I realize it's more than it should be. I asked for the receipt, and he said the cook has it and I will get it at the end.As I grabbed my order, I asked him again what the difference is, and he actually responds with "nothing, but the price." He purposely charged me for the more expensive "Build My Burger." I haven't been back since. Bad customer service. I now go to Petey's and order from there once a week. They have great burger combos (includes fries and drink) for the same price as that burger he charged me for.

Cold burger. Cold fries. Dont think the bun was even warmed up. They even forgot to put bacon and cheese on my fries. Had to send it back and wait for a while to get it back cold with cheese and bacon on it. So the cheese wasnt even melt. Food came out first, drinks came last.
