I didn't try the food.. but the drinks weren't great. The soda was flat and the drinks weren't.. good. At least for a person who likes to drink liquor. The beer selection is def great. And the workers there are awesome.

Food and beers are really great but the service is pretty awful. We have gone several times to support them through the pandemic, each time blindly thinking the service would improve, but it never did. We were always waiting for initial service then beer refills and food orders there on after. The man who seems to be the manager or owner simply sits at the bar or loudly talks with his employee about how basketball is his least favorite sport, instead of interacting with his customers who are trying to support his establishment and need refills. Everywhere else we visited in LIC would have the most amazing management teams to come around - the Gantry, American brass, Maeilla, Spice, and Bella Via all did and we highly recommend those places. If the service and hospitality improved at Bierocracy, it would certainly be better rated.

I can't say enough great things about this place. For a brewery their food is actually amazing and possibly one of their best kept secrets! The steak is well worth it and the mashed potatoes are actually more of a purée and the flavors are impeccable. The wings are also so flavorful. I've come for brunch and although the bloody Mary was a little bit pulpy the service was excellent as it always is every time I've been there. They also offer beer flights and the bartenders can also get a little creative with their pours if you ask for recommendations. The area has great people watching because you'll get a slight amount of foot traffic. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Definitely stop by the bar and spin the wheel for $3 you usually end up winning a prize and it is worth a try. I like to go and order a flight of all of the local brews and sit at a table outside when the weather is nice. I also recommend having a seat by the bar, everyone is noce. After 4 visits i found out that owner is always on property and is literally either behind the bar or in the back making the food and you can really tell by the way they operate that they work hard and cool people to patronize. Bierocracy you are truly fantastic, I had a wonderful experience here yesterday. Great menu, Great atmosphere, Great service, and Great friends! What an excellent dish Pretzel Chicken Sandwich was. Totally heavenly. The team was really welcoming and service is perfect. We're certainly going back soon.

Decent beer and food. I would rate higher but the last few times I was there they only seem to have half of the menu available. I would suggest they let people know ahead of time what's available and what's not.

Great selection of draft beers—I particularly like the Czech one (Pilsner Urquell). Food is a bit meh, nothing extraordinary but the place is spacious and has TVs installed against the walls, which allows you to enjoy a game if you’re up for it.

Terrible service! After coming at 9 pm on a Friday night, we were told that the kitchen was non-functional. In this day and age, when intense planning goes into organizing a group meeting, knowing that only appetizers were available was unacceptable and to top it off, they even ran out of chicken wings....on a Friday night! Nevertheless..our night was ruined. The gentleman who attended to us was nice but visibly occupied with other patrons. This resulted in any one order taking an average of 10 minutes or longer to fulfill. My question is: in this post-pandemic era of maximizing on profits, why would you deter patrons from seeking other refuge on a pleasant Friday evening. Definitely not coming back and will not be recommending unless you change a few ways.

This restaurant is the one I like best. I go to plenty of restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The stuff is very attentive and the food they cook is so yummy. I am always happy to have a decent dinner in this place. Highly recommended.
